Mebs, Don't think I didn't notice "65" minutes...plus you get extra points because you're double clamping...Friday's Routine:
65 minutes double clamped edging with double handed squeezes throughout
30 minutes pumping at 5 h.g.
Tuesday's Routine:
30 minutes double clamped edging (no cum)
60 minutes double clamped edging with ulis, double-handed squeezes (came afterwards)
30 minutes pumping at 5 h.g.
Mebs, I did a similar routine...but did 60 minutes first and then followed later with a 30 minute clamp. I really think we are on to something that will produce major girth gains over time. Re-read Redzulu's classic and think we've taken his work to the next level.
I also really think the use of the second half of my hour clamp for stamina training is going to pay off big time. Definitely was an "aha" moment for me...
Mebs, I plan on measuring in early or mid August as well, so we can compare our results. I know the gains will come for us. We just have to be consistent and they will come...Haha no problem getinbig, thanks for getting into it with meYou inspired me to get back into it after my long break away from it.
On other notes, measured again, both length and girth and I seem to be the exact same as my last measurement which is both good and fine. I did not lose length, but did not gain girth haha. Well I gained a fraction of base girth (1 cm), not worth mentioning. I will just continue to do what I am doing until mid August and will measure then before my holidays.
Thursday's Routine:
75 minutes of double-clamped edging with some squeezes (came after I took the clamp off, it was too much for me)
I just hit 600 hours with the phallosan (maybe .2 gain thus far). How long did you use it until, as you said, you "felt the time spent was not worth the lack of gains from it"?
Wow, i tried a clamped-edging a few weeks ago (obviously i'm not conditioned for this yet), did a quick session (well, quick compared to your crazy sessions). That's a hell of an exercise.
I'm not going to try it again for at least a few months.
