Hello, I recently purchased some pge1 peptide from a supposedly reputable vendor and I wanted to get another vial since I was seeing good results but I couldn't help but notice towards the end that it was shrinking my balls more and more with each application.. has anyone else noticed this side effect? it also seems that it took a lot more than it should have to get a desired effect as I am able to achieve erection naturally but in order to keep erect for 3 Hr intervals I was forced to use dosages up to 50 mcg at a time. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Even if you dont have any advice feel free to pm me if you would like to know where NOT to buy this stuff from!

Tropheus: You get Alprostadil free in the UK? mm, How about sending me a dozen? :becky:

FiveFingerFrenzy: I have not noticed any shrinkage in my balls, actually think there a bit bigger!
In my personal experience pge-1 is not enough. You need at least the pge-1 and papaverine, just
be careful as Papaverine is powerful vasodialator! I also do not think that 3 hours is enough!
I was repeatedly going 4 hours each time and in 4 months got nowhere! By accident I got a priapism
that lasted 10 hours because the emergency room did not know what to do!
I survived the 10 hours and it still works and I could see a difference in thickness and measured myself,
gained about 1/4 inch. A month later it seems permenant.

Richard,

I do not know of sellers in the UK, most I have found comes from China. For me it is easier
to get it through my doctor as my insurance pays half making it affordable.

Would be nice to see this thread get active again!

Anything that can be prescribed by a doctor or practice nurse in the UK is free.

I originally got Alprostadil from a specialist who told me at the time that my GP would get to know all about it. Now I just e-mail him for a repeat prescription whenever I need a "recharge".

Is anyone doing this having really bad pain from the boner? It's like a throbbing, about to explode kind of pain. I am wondering if anyone knows any OTC solution to it? Or does it just go away with time?

Fast acting Sudafed - not time release.

On occasions when the injection hits the wrong spot my erection gets so hard that it hurts. It's not really bad pain but more of an annoying ache. I assume it's because my erection is unnaturally hard. The pain goes away when my erection softens but that can be after a few hours regardless of ejaculating. My wife helps a lot!

Tropheus, Your lucky! Its hard to get a Doc to prescribe a large amount of Trimix or Alprostadil here.
They always think that your going to hurt yourself.

ItShallgrow, Alprostadil or PGE-1 causes a deep pain, The more you inject the more it seems to hurt, but it lessens
with time. Could be that or just the super hard erections. I get pain if I go more than 3 hours at a time, I usually go
for about 6 hours at a time and yes the pain does go away a couple hours after going soft.

Not2Big is correct that Sudafed helps a priapism as does injecting phenylephrine, Phenylephrine will bring an erection right down Sudafed takes time! I keep some Phenylephrine in the Fridge at all times!
It is what the emergency rooms use.

I think the specialist I went to originally told my GP that he could prescribe up to 40ug Alprostadil and that's the dose I'm up to. He just prescribes the dose she recommends.

Tropheus,

After reading you last post I looked in the area wide telephone book and found
that in a near town there is a female urologist, I called her and she said she had
no problem writing a script for Trimix :becky:. The problem with my local doctor is that he only wants
to write caverject (Alprostadil) and not trimix. Thanks for giving me that idea! This thread does not seem
very active anymore. Do you mind my asking how long you go each time and how often?
I do it every other day.

Tropheus,

I do it every other day.

Usually every day for three days and then I have a two day break. Results are variable. At worst Alprostadil does nothing for me at all. At best it lasts for hours. It's obviously just being able to hit the right spot with the injection.

Hi Tropheus,

Yes I seem to have the same results with Alprostadil. Hit and miss.
With Trimix it seems to work every time. The Papaverine seems very powerful!

I finally found the how to hit the spot. The instruction are all about sticking the needle in the side of the penis but I have discovered now that injecting the base works much better. I get a very hard erection that lasts for hours even after ejaculating.

2) What does the Potaba/DMSO do? Is this for softening the tunica? Where is the best place to buy it?
From what I know POTABA (potassium para-aminobenzoate) is used by men who suffer from Peyronie's disease an abnormal curvature of the penis perhaps as a result of the Tunica being scared. What it can do for PEers is soften the Intracellular Matrix in the Corpus Cavernosum as well as the Tunica so that when injecting whatever chemical to induce sustained erection it does not cause scaring because as we all know there is a reason those commercials say "If an Erection lasts more than 4 hours seek medical attention"=Scaring.
DMSO (Dimethyl sulfoxide) is a potent solvent that makes almost any molecule penetrate the skin. It is used to help the chemical (say POTABA) to absorb that would not normally absorb though the skin. Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly as any chemical can potentially be absorbed (think of it like LSD extremely absorbable by the skin)
5) What antihistamine should I buy in case I inject too much of the Caverject/Papaverine mixture and have to take some of the pressure out of my erection, prematurely? Are we talking about oral ones or injectable ones?
I am told doctors give oral pseudoephedrine and if that doesn't work they inject an Alpha Blocker to stop a painful erection.

Therein lies the rub.

SELF
injecting your own penis with chemicals without full and proper knowledge of what can happen is potentially quite harmful.

Were you aware that, not too long ago, there were numerous discussions on this forum (and others) of men looking to inject substances into their penises in the hopes that they could weaken or dissolve collagen (the protein that comprises the structure of soft tissues)? The idea was based on the erroneous idea that doing so would foster growth- without considering how potentially disastrous such a thing could have been. That meme in particular is what was the inspiration for this particular thread.

Even the repeated injections of "approved" substances" such as Caverject can prove harmful over time. This is especially the case when these substances are injected by men with no true ED problems, as it can lead to psychological addictions as well as physical side effects.

No one is censoring any ideas here- even the potentially dangerous ones. It's likely that some of those ideas can form the seed of one that can be truly revolutionary.

That being said, if dangerous or even risky ideas are posted here, you're going to have to expect all types of feedback.
