I've been moving weight like never before, focusing on compound sets.. aiming towards getting leaner in the gut, and putting on mass.
If I focus on consuming enough protein daily, will I get bigger, yet leaner? I'm a little boggled on the whole calorie thing.. I know protein is food for the muscles, but what hell are calories for? Energy? I thought carbs and fat was? Should be counting calories also? What if I don't consume enough calories that my body needs, yet enough protein? Will I get nowhere? Will I gain muscle mass, yet knock down my bodyfat??
