You can still be happy with the fact he is happy and you'll get to spend more time with him.
Don't have to completely forgive your stepmother, but show some acceptance and give it time.

I certainly am glad for him that he doesn't have to go through another divorce.

You are probably right. Perhaps time is what I need now that things are starting to heal for the both of them.

Finally went ahead and called a hotline to help me with some things. Calling that suicide prevention hotline is definitely what I needed.
Glad you took this step Don. We all have moments that life feels overwhelming.

That's why I could never be an admin or a mod...no tea!
Says who? We have tea, good stuff too. Some of the mods don't like the coffee stuff. Yuck.

Cardio'd my ass off today.. so much so that I was nauseous, like motion sickness out the ying yang dizzy wanna hurl can't walk straight type crap. Gonna kick in the same ol tomorrow again and hope that the outcome isn't so bad lol

I'm assuming it's due to beginners luck and my increased heart rate, because I'm not used to such a thing when it comes to compound ish; so out of shape.

Stay hydrated and lots of potassium. I feel your pain, I'm finally getting back at it.

:training1:You guys can do it! :clapping:

I have several fitness goals, but the most important one for me is to get my six-pack looking like it did when I was 18 (before I became a slave to my job). My abs are looking and functioning better than they have in a long time, but they aren't quite there yet. I've made abs the first and most important part of my workout. I'm getting better at maintaining good posture and sucking them in + flexing them throughout the day. But it looks like I may need to cut the last little bit of fat to get my obliques and lower abs to really pop.

My diet is about as good as it can get, although I could probably use more veggies and grains. It's hard to find good grains (other than brown rice and cheerios lol) as it seems like there's either lots of processed crap or soy in so many things (soy apparently screws with your hormones and I don't want my good testosterone levels getting messed up, so I avoid it like the plague).

I'm going to start by picking up running again once a week, in order to cut that last little bit of fat. I'd run more, but I don't want it to interfere with my gains from lifting. Started lifting heavy at the beginning of summer. I could tell by looking in the mirror that I'd packed on a bit of lean muscle. I don't usually care much about the number on the scale because weight isn't necessarily a measure of health depending on your body composition, but I stepped on it today. Gained about 10 lbs. since summer began, and none of it appears to be fat. Guess I must be doing something right!

I worry for you Tamora, where else would Pluto be hanging out? Certainly not Uranus.

Reunited with his dear wife Holly.
I see a small 7,400 mi diameter moon that is pretty far outside the asteroid belt and is not too beaten up. I also see patches of frozen CO2 gas at the pole away from the sun, but if you look real close, you can see the "Man in the Moon".
Or, with the right drugs you can see what ever you want.

I always wonder how characters in famous sitcoms, or sitcoms in general, can even be in a relationship. You see plenty of them that shouldn't work for any reason. No idea how people could root for Ross and Rachael when they obviously don't work, or how Debra and Ray from Everybody Loves Raymond got past the first two years of marriage without a divorce.

oh man... I am on this discussion board on facebook for engine management stuff. There's a guy who posted about using EFI on his experimental aircraft... he used to be a professional pilot and has his own plane. I'm sooo jelly! he added me because I helped him out with some stuff dealing with tuning... I'm too controversial a poster on facebook so I'd rather just admire him from afar.

His plane is soooo cool! I lurk his page because it's m dream to own a plane one day. I wish I could siphon all the knowledge he has. I want one of those Velocity XL5s... Or maybe a lancair, since they're pressurized. I would love to be able to fly across country
