I was informed Friday by one of my relatives. That a friend of ours passed away from brain cancer. He was into body building hardcore. He was on steroids. He kept telling us he wasn't. Hey my light might not be the brightest light on the tree but it's not the dimmest neither. I wonder if the juice caused him to get brain cancer. He was only two years younger than me.

I have learned these last few months at my new job (cleaning bowling alleys and restaurants) that I react the same way to pick up change off the ground at the age of 27 that I did when I was 7. It is pretty awesome to pick up even a few pennies a night.

Life is good. Truth is it usually is. I vent usually about the same thing on here. I'm hoping as usual this month will be different. Lol

I have to say though I have been blessed beyond words in my life. I'm basically always trying to do right by my fellow human. But sometimes you see or feel something so profound you can't help but say hey God wow thank you so much for this mind you gave me and the blessing to expand it and live with the mind set I do.

Praying that we all get a chance to be thankful this holiday season coming right up.

Horrible crap happens around the world everyday, we all get that, but when it happens to your neighbors - it's impossible to shrug it off.

I had to go to physical therapy, but I missed the bus because I forgot something, so I had to run to the appointment (it is 3 miles away) so it was close to 5 miles of walking/running to get there. Took me 50 minutes to do it, which considering how advanced my horizontal syndrome is I think it is pretty impressive that I didn't pass out.
