m nearly 2 months into this program, ive come to realize that im happy with my current girth but not with my length, is it advisable that i stop jelqing/v jelqing and keep on with the stretches?
also if so, should i be incorporating any intermediate stretching techniques at the 2 month mark?

Hmm usually it's advised to continue the conditioning phase for another month before focusing on length or girth alone. Some girth work can still be beneficial to length with manual PE. I suppose you could just do an extra set of directional stretches on their own, and lessen the amount of jelqs a bit. Like 50% more stretches and 50% less jelqs. It's just a suggestion. Some (like going411by7) have gained length from jelqing alone.

is the argine blood flow supplement neccessary??

No; focus more on the routine and technique than on supplementation. A good diet is better than any supplement.

Are the gains permanent? I mean, I just started with this routine and I really dont want to become oversized so when I reach my goal I can just stop or I have to continue with some exercises?

Also if the gains are not permanent, is there a possibility that my penis becomes shorter than the "start" values?

Is this what most 100% new beginners go through? What kind of gains have people seen doing this? And do most do it for the full 3 months?

Also... foreskin keeps getting pushed to the head when I'm jelqing.. I don't mind doing it but if this is a problem then how can I fix it?

If you're serious about PE and want you be conditioned then yes you do it for 3 months, and if you gain from it then that's good, so you can keep doing it a long as you want until the gains stop(some do it 4-5-6 months) And if you don't after your 3 months conditioning then you're ready for more advance exercises you can add into the routine.

Cocoa butter. $4 for a jar. Watch out: It can stain some clothing and fabrics (like bed sheets). Other than that, it's effective and easy to find.

Just starting JP90 myself, just ordered some bio oil, may need to mix with baby oil gel, we'll see.
My only deviation is i'm adding in some sets of lamda jelqs

When i started i had trouble counting every other stroke as 1 rep. ( high lvl math decrease algebra skills lol) Anyway I just count every stroke until i reach 100 which equals 50 reps.

Hello guys,

after a long pause... it's good to be back to "the gym" :)

I started JP's workout 3 weeks ago (the only exception is that i'm not doing the V-jelqes... i am doing more normal jelques instead). My 4th week of workout will start tomorrow...

The results are pretty good so far. I didn't gain much in length until now: + 0,5 cm (~0.2'') but on the other hand my penis has gotten pretty thick by: + 1.2 cm (0.47'') - in just 3 weeks!

I also bought a bathmate pump and will incorporate it into the program. Wonder if this will help me gain some more...

Thank you JP for sharing this with us. I personally really appreciate it :)

I have some questions though:

1. Do you have some tips, regarding how to specifically increase the length during these 90 days?

2. Do you recommend focusing only on "conditioning" the penis during these 90 days and afterwards on exercises, that promise more gains?

3. I was also thinking about taking some butcher's broom (pills). Is there something better than this?

4. Do you guys have an intermediate / advanced program, described as thoroughly as this one is? As far as i researched on the forum, there is no such program available. But i would like to prepare in advance for it.

Thank you and cheers,
Trace

Hello Trace. Welcome home.

#1. The stretching exercises in my program will give you length.

#2. These exercises not only condition the penis, they also give you gains.
Wish you would learn to do the "V" Jelqs as they are a key part of the exercises.

#3. If you take Butchers Broom and have any kind of success, please feel free to share.

#4. If you are seeing results and you reach the end of the 90 days, why stop?

Hi JP,

thank you for the fast reply and the solid advice.

#2. I tried the V-jelques, but somehow didn't feel that they were helping much. On the contrary, i felt as if the blood was flowing "back", away from my penis. When i'm jelquing, i have no problem in constantly staying erect (~60%). When i'm doing the V-jelques, i almost immediately get flacid...

I will research more on this topic and get back to them.

#3. I will definitely do.

#4. True.

Another question:
5. After some time (~9 weeks) i was thinking about adding an extender in addition to the workout, which i can wear during the day.
In your opinion, will that be equal to over training? Will that be good? Should i add the extender after 90 days or more?

Thank you,
Trace

I'm on my 7th day of this program( 5 days on with 2 rest days). I actually for some reason think this stuff is fun. I have a question about the jelqs though. After wet or V jelqs my penis is longer and a little thicker after I stop to warm down or do the next set of jelqs. When I warm down is the penis supposed to be warmed down with the post jelq look for gains/growth or when its flaccid( when it returns to normal but the pee hole is swollen from the jelqs ) for gains to come? This may sound confusing so if nobody understands I'll try to clarify it.

If you're going to go with a warm down (there are many threads about which post-PE session procedures are best, so check those out), then it's done immediately afterwards while you're still plump. Yes, that plumpness will still fade back to normal flaccid, but that's normal.
