Is this what you mean it tugs back? Because when I stretch straight up 12:00 and do some kegels, I don't feel anything. Can you help me on this sir?

You shouldn't do Uli's this early in PE, its an advanced exercise. If you don't want to follow this routine, then look at some of the others here. Other than the Uli's you have a decent base routine.Will this help me gain? I started about 2 weeks ago i had done some exercising before but not much. I am doing a hot towel for 5 mins as a warm-up.flaccid stretch for 30 seconds 10 reps slowly rotating throughout reps in all directions. Regular jelqing for 10 mins. I have been doing an Uli for 4 sets of 30 seconds. Finally 2 sets of 50 kegels. I did a 5 minute hot towel warm down once and will continue this for the rest of my exercising.
JonPop, should I do this 90 day routine 5 days on and 2 days off or every other day? I'm a beginner but I also have a bit of ED with a bit of flaccid erections. I want to thicken and stiffen my penis again and get rid of this ED forever. Please let me know what schedule you recommend. Thanks.
