@JP. So you mean, it's okay to follow that routine even without supplements? And uhmm, which is the next finger you were saying? Is there any video about V jelqs?

JP, what exactly do you mean by "about 5 revs per second for a quick count of 20." for the Helicopter Shakes. Like Spin it 5 times in one second while stretching the shaft of the Penis outwards ?

The other thing that was pissing me off was trying to stay around 60-70 errect level. Sometimes I would get too excited and go over, or go right below and my Penis would be flacid so I would have to keep on jelqing or v jelqing in order to finish up the Rep. Is this true for some peope ? Anyways. The other thing that was pissing me off I think my grip is too tight because right as I am about to approach the Glans, the skin of my penis that is being jelqed or v jelqed upwards overlaps the glans slightly ? is this good or bad ?

I am circumsized by the way.

Ok so... when i pull my penis down i fell a slight tug, and when i pull it out (09:00) i feel a slight tug, and when i pull it up i also feel a slight tug. So what then?

Also what does straight out and straight up and straight out and straight down mean?


I think it means your ligs are tight in all directions (not loose at all)

you should really forget this LOT theory when doing manual routines those two has nothing in comment
LOT theory was initially made up for Hanging, this routine is about stretch/Jelq and wether you do this up down left right doesnt matter you will defenetly not gain more by jelqing/stretching against the LOT = You will gain regardless what you do.

Can anybody explain to me the helicopter shakes just by using your wrist. I kind of find this difficult because how are you suppose to twirl your penis 5 times in one second while flacid ? Spin it 5 times in one second while stretching the shaft of the Penis outwards ? Like everytime I grab my shaft and stretch it outwards to do the helicopter shakes, it flops up and down is this right ?

Also the whole overlapping part when I am wet jelqing. My glans tend to be overlapped by the skin of the Penis when I come close to the Clans, is this normal for circumsized guys ?

It would help a lot if there was a video on helicopter shakes.

For helicopters you just grab near the base and spin in circles so the rest of your penis twirls round and round

Sir JP :D About the LOT, I don't exactly get it, but I noticed that when I stretch straight down and stretch straight out 9:00 and do some kegels, I feel like my balls are pulling backward? Is this what you mean it tugs back? Because when I stretch straight up 12:00 and do some kegels, I don't feel anything. Can you help me on this sir? :)

Will this help me gain? I started about 2 weeks ago i had done some exercising before but not much. I am doing a hot towel for 5 mins as a warm-up.flaccid stretch for 30 seconds 10 reps slowly rotating throughout reps in all directions. Regular jelqing for 10 mins. I have been doing an Uli for 4 sets of 30 seconds. Finally 2 sets of 50 kegels. I did a 5 minute hot towel warm down once and will continue this for the rest of my exercising.

It IS possible to see some quick Newbie gains, the trick is; To not stop or you will lose those quick gains. Good luck GMan.

JonPop, should I do this 90 day routine 5 days on and 2 days off or every other day? I'm a beginner but I also have a bit of ED with a bit of flaccid erections. I want to thicken and stiffen my penis again and get rid of this ED forever. Please let me know what schedule you recommend. Thanks.

Actually just disregard the LOT theory and stretch in all directions, most don't feel its relevant.

You shouldn't do Uli's this early in PE, its an advanced exercise. If you don't want to follow this routine, then look at some of the others here. Other than the Uli's you have a decent base routine.

Hello, about the LOT thingy...
My penis seems to be tugging in all directions you mention, with 6:00 to be the least noticeable one (yet it still tugs there)...
Any difference in this situation? Should I warm up more than the average because of non-loose ligs?

I cannot recall where i read that lig pops actually made it easier to stretch the tunica but for my past 2 workouts while doing big circles i get them and i find i can stretch out further than i could before and it hangs lower during the day. i went to piss the other day and looked at it in the mirror and it was like BAM hanging like a champ lol. whats the deal with these lig pops? mine don't crack or anything they just kinda pop in and out as i'm doing big circles and then i can get more stretch from my penis whats the deal? progress?

Is there/will there be a similar poll for girth?

That poll was for both actually, members were supposed to vote on length gains then post their girth gains.. Looks like many just voted and didn't post :(

OK... I am not circumcised. Am I supposed to roll the foreskin back or should I stretch with my foreskin over the glans?

Yes that is correct.

Question: Is jelqing with a normal ok grip (as opposed to revere ok grip) okay for a beginner doing jp90? I find it easier for me to control my jelqing this way, but want to make sure I hear from vet's on this board. Thanks.
