Quick questions:

How long does it take to do a routin (skeptical)? If I'm going to try this I'm going to do it right. Hopefully it isn't too time consuming.

How important are the supplements?

An average time for me at first was about 45 minutes, and as time went on it took about an hour and over. Its important not to rush the jelqs, the slower 2-5 second strokes are more effective.
I think the supplements are very helpful with PE and can only benefit your routine.

Well, should have made a new thread for those that search, that way they can see the answer in its own thread. I use Al. Only 6 weeks in, but I say it is worth it. Different approach for me. Good motivation and record keeping. I have goals set for next summer for my "second honeymoon" that I want to reach and feel that Al can get me as close to that as possible.

Problem.... When i do wet jelqs or V jelqs the skin round my dick slides up toward my head so i dont feel im stimulating the tissue inside my penis because the skin gets in the way, i tend to push down the skin down with my other hand when juelqing! .... Or i feel I wanna grasp my ball bag inbetween my legs (lol) to tie up some of the skin so that it doesnt bunch up around my head!!!! HELP?????

just a question about supplements when do i take them before the exercise or after or in the morning after breakfast thanks

If you are are a normal person with normal body chemistery, there would be no problem taking these 7 days a week. This was just an added caution to avoid the slight chance that someone would not be able to tolorate that much Vitamin A.

I have a serious problem with jelqing... I cant do it with both hands! I think I just have an excess of foreskin, because when I get to the glans with one of my hands, and hold it up there while I have the other hand starting at base it just seems like the only thing I am pulling is skin... and it hurts as well. I can only jelq with one hand, in the way that I just do ok grip, get it up there before the glans and release and so on, I cant hold it up there and have the other hand start another jelq. I'm guessing this is a big deal? Is there anything I'm doing wrong... so confused.

waylander, concerning about the supplements. i never take the L-arginine and L-lysine because it can cause kidney damage, and for those high-blood pressure more risk to suffer from heart failure or something. sir im just confuse about this.

If your concerned about it, don't take them palager. Next time your at your doctor, ask him/her if its safe for you to take. You can still gain without the supplements, they just help with the process.

Hey guys. I'm starting this program tomorrow, and I would like to ask a couple of questions. Firstly, I was wondering if this will give me good flaccid gains, or if there is a better (begginer) program for that goal? Although I would love some erect gains, flaccid is my priority because I'm very much a grower and to have a decent sized flaccid to whip out at any moment would do wonders to my confidence :D. Secondly, would it be a big deal to do dry jelqs instead of wet jelqs?

Sorry to already be nagging you with questions on my first post :p

PS: I apologize if any of this was already answered in the thread, I know answering multiple times is quite annoying, but I really couldn't make myself real 130+ pages :/

I'm not certain it's the best program for that but it will definitely help you. I'm quite a grower myself but I enjoy my transformer skills.

I was wondering if this exercise is more related to girth or length, I know it helps out in both areas. I'm sitting at about 6.5" now, but I want to be around 8.5" any recommendations if this workout will get me atleast halfway, I would also like to know which other supplements people take except for the ones shown on the first page. I'm just doing research before I start on monday, don't mind me.

Also one more question I had about stretching. I have a LOT of 9:00, do I do my stretching down instead of Up when it says to go up, and do I also exercise down with these jelq and v jelq exercises ?

Nevermind I think I got my LOT confused. If I don't feel it TUG back when I am pulling down, that means I am at 6:00 right ?

Sure, I also wouldn't mind being a grower if I "transformed" to 8'' :biggrin1:
Unfortunately my 'optimus prime' is slightly below 6'' :eek:.

JP, regarding the supplements. Is it really necessary to buy all of those you require? Is there any substitute of that? I mean in natural way. All I have is just a baby oil and my determination to go big. What should I do? What are the things that have to be done?

Jp while doing big circles today I could feel the ligs pop when I reached 9 o'clock over andnover again, is this a lig pop? My penis stretches more than ever today I found

Yes this is a lig pop. This is caused by the ligaments riding over the pelvic bone.
It's not dangerous, but it is annoying and not a real pleasant feeling. (jP
