Are there any pictures to demonstrate PE? Since English is not my first language i have hard time understanding some words, therms, like for example "Do several Kegels" what does that mean? Then LOT / TUG pulling back ...wtf!?

Just disregard the LOT theory and stretch in all directions, there isn't any pictures for kegals but the kegal link below has a good explanation of them.

Thanks bro. So basically Kegals have to do with muscle between anus and penis?

First of all all, greetings to all the members!
I have a curved penis to the left. Do you guys know what should i focus on more in these exercises to get it straighter AND increase in length more than in girth?

mine also goes to the left, penis tends to go to left usually, but a lot of masturbation durring many years can have effect on shape of your penis and if it goes to much towards one of the sides, like in my case. If you masturbate, pay attention how you hold your penis.
I am sure some of other guys have better tips.

Just disregard the whole LOT theory and stretch in all directions. Many guys don't feel it holds merit, especially early on in PE.

How vital are the supplements to this plan? How big a difference will I see in gains (and time it takes to get gains) if I don't use them?

If your current diet is such, you are getting some of these supplements in some form already. I noticed stronger erections after taking them and that helped with the routine.
If you don't take them I think you can still see some results though.

LOT (Loss of Tug). This theory was first posted by Bib.

This is a very important factor in the way you exercise.

Grasp your flaccid penis under the glans in the O.K. grip. (Palm down)
Stretch straight up (This is 12:00) Do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?

(No need to pull too hard, as this can be very noticeable or can be very subtle.)

Stretch straight out (9:00) do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?

Stretch straight down (6:00) do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?

When you DON'T feel it TUG BACK, this is your Loss of Tug or LOT.

If your LOT is 6:00, you will need to do your exercises straight out and straight up.

If your LOT is 9:00 or higher, you will do exercises straight out and straight down.

You always want to exercise AGAINST the TUG

Most men find that they have low LOT. Mine is at 6:00. This means that the gains come harder and require more dedication and work to see the gains.

Ok so... when i pull my penis down i fell a slight tug, and when i pull it out (09:00) i feel a slight tug, and when i pull it up i also feel a slight tug. So what then?

Also what does straight out and straight up and straight out and straight down mean?

I am new to this. I know when you work out your other muscles you can feel it afterward. Does the same apply for this too, because i don't really feel anything after

hi everyone

i tried to look for it but i somehow missed the part where the time or reps for the stretching is needed? i do my stretching for about 10 minutes is that ok?
should i do more or should i do a certain amount of reps?
oh yeah and about the LOT i just stretch in all directions although i think my LOT is at 6 o clock :(
please let me know about the duration of the stretching excersises.

Read it carefully, he gives the number of repetitions (and the timing). Here's a quote to help.
Basic Stretching Exercises
Grasp your warmed up,FLACID (Try and stay as flacid as you can for these stretching exercises, 30% erection is ideal) penis between the thumb and first finger at the base. Palm toward belly. Stretch out slightly and do what are called "Helicopter Shakes." Using your wrist, swing your penis around in a circle, about 5 revs per second for a quick count of 20. (kind of like twirling a key chain)

Grasp your penis under the glans in the O.K. grip and stretch to the left. holding the stretch against the theigh.
While holding this stretch, do 25 quick Kegels. (count to 25)
Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull.

Return to the base and repeat "Helicopter Shakes". It will be easier to do now, as your flaccid length will be longer. This will get the blood back into the glans.
Stretch to the right and do 25 quick Kegels. Pull straight out and do 10 BIG circles to the left and ten circles to the right.
Repeat "Helicopter Shakes."
Stretch straight out, do Kegels, repeat circle stretches.
Repeat "Helicopter Shakes."
Stretch straight up do Kegels and repeat circle stretches.
Finish with "Helicopter Shakes."
These are the basic stretching exercises to do, as a prelude to the next step, Wet Jelqing.
Stretching in all directions? Sounds good.

it says do Kegels. I'm not sure what this is? Do i hold the stretch or pull back and forth in the direction im doing?

Hey everyone, I just started this program 3 days ago going by this template exactly. I'm a competitive bodybuilder and building size is basically my life. I will stick with this for the next three months as just over the past 3 days and doing numerous hundreds of kegals a day my penis I'd strongerthan ever and I've gained 1/8" I'm erect length so far and definately some girth. Can't wait to see the results in a few months time

Quick questions:

How long does it take to do a routin (skeptical)? If I'm going to try this I'm going to do it right. Hopefully it isn't too time consuming.

How important are the supplements?

It should
only take about a half hour to do. As for supplements, I'd say the same thing as if you were training in the gym. They're supplements, there to supplement a good diet. No matter what your doing I believe a good diet high protein will help with your pe goals. Arginine definately helps with blood circulation through the body and the penis. I'd recommend horny goat weed , tribulus, and a good multi vitamin aswell
