JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

Should have bein for life, damn that guy got under my skin.
But yes back to PE, now Im thinking of calling my break quits, its bein a good little while and I feel my dick is deconditiond by now, so I think tomorrow morning I will restart the JP 90 day program and follow it to a T.

So how long was your decon break? Did you experience any gains or loss? What was your routine like before the 90 days beginner program?

Decon break was great, I really needed it, but no I didn't gain and I didn't loose anything, but my dick feels much better now.When I first started pe like 10 months ago I was doing a really intense routine that I put together myself from little bits of info I found on the net, I was jelqing for hours at a time, doing erect bends and ulis all in the same day, it was really intense, then I found this site and started the JP routine, finished it with some nice gaines, then took a decon break now im going to repeat the JP 90 day and see if I can gain again

JP I have a question, Im new to this whole PE thing. Im okay with my length( although a 1 inch and a half wouldnt hurt) but my concern is my girth. What women wants a pencil dick? My ex never had a issue with me, but I'm not happy with my girth. Should I keep doing the beginners workout or should I try something aimed more at girth?

Oh and I've only been doing your workout for one day so far. Today was my first workout. I did notice a slight girth gain while I was jelqing. Only mid shaft and up though, whats your take????

Lekell, welcome to the PE Gym. The routine is designed to condition your penis for more advanced exercises. Complete the full 90 days and then we'll talk about more advanced girth exercises. (jP

Hey man thanks for the qiuck reply, also for all your helpful info. oh and love the site. As soon as I finish the workout I'll check back with you. Have you had any side effects from the supplements? Where can I purchase some? I'm overseas right now and i cant really make it to the CVS or GNC. LOL...Is their a place online where I can buy what I need?

Ok do i hold it the streatch and go around ten times in a circle or do i holdit to the left 25 kegles right kegle 25 up kegle 25 stright kegle 25 down kegle 25 thats where im lost

In JP's directions, there are 4 directions to stretch(if you include down, there's 5). Up, down, left, right, and straight out. If you start with a left stretch, then with the OK grip, stretch it to the left and hold it there until you have finished 25 quick kegals(count to 25), while maintaining the stretch, reposition it to the straight out position, and do the 10 big circle stretches clockwise, then 10 counter clock wise. Then do your helicopter shakes. That will complete the left stretch.
Repeat this for every stretch direction to complete a whole set. :)

Thanks waylander :) and thanks jp i just did the routine it feels great....do you know if adding my bathmate after my stretches for 10 min before the jelqs be an over kill.ive had it for a while and i really dont know what to do with it any more when doing a routine

I've been reading up on this recently, as well as other forum topics in the newbie section.
And I've recently started the 90day beginners workout.
I'm a chubby asian guy who has a below average penis.
And I've always wanted to find a way to enhance it. Currently I'm working out and going on a diet to lose weight, hopeing that will help me.
I just have a few questions/problems.

1. I have excessive skin on my penis.. I've gotten a circumcision, but even after the circumcision, due to the length of my flacid penis, the doctor left more skin because it was small.. (measured yesterday 2''), therefore when i do my wet jelqs and v jelqs... i seem to pull up all my skin up to cover my glans... what I'm doing though, is using one hand to hold down the skin on the base, and just do one hand jelqs and v jelqs.. am I doing this correctly? or is there something else i should try to do to fix the way I'm doing them?

2. When I'm doing the jelqs, the left and right side of the base skin starts to turn red and can be a tad bit painful when jelqing due to stretching from the skin.. is that normal?

3. I can't stay hard when I'm jelqin.... apparently people say that its hard to not stay 100% hard when beginning these routines... but I have the opposite problem... I tend to only be 40-50% hard after like 15 jelqs, and then I have to jerk myself back to 70. Is this because I'm holding the base skin back, which prevents more blood flow into the penis?? I don't understand.

2)I have been doing pe for 11 months and i have never had that problem.I feel like you are gripping too hard and not properly lubed.Lower the intensity of your grip and get your penis properly lubed.I use baby oil and it works perfect for my pe sessions.

3)Holding the base skin back has got nothing to do with preventing blood into the penis.If you are beginning pe then high Erection level jelqs are not recommended and are liable to cause injuries.70% EL is very intense for a beginner.You should consider yourself lucky if you can't maintain a 100% erection level while doing the jelqs because like you stated most beginners can't stop from getting a boner and that disturbs their pe process.They end up trying to get their EQ down only to have them back as soon as they start jelqing.40%-50% EL is optimum for beginners and leads to both length and girth increases.So you got nothing to complain about.Go and jelq now!!!!!!!
