Not sure who Dr. Lin is, but I think you need to reread the post. The grinding phase had nothing to do with the Jelq injury. Let me put it this way: don't do either

So many men have had amazing results from PE exercises, why would anyone change there minds about it because one man (you) comes to this site and tells them not to?
You could have damaged yourself by doing improper exercises or something, we have no idea how you injured yourself so by coming here and saying "dont do it, its bad" isn't going to change any minds about it. Why are you coming here and preaching how bad jelqing is and not even give a routine you did?

I think for the majority of men PE exercises can have physiological and psychological benefits. I was one of those guys for 4 years, and then I sustained an injury that has caused irrevocable physiological damage. All I'm saying is, is the extra 1/2 inch worth a 1-5% chance of a lifetime of pain? You can make that decision, but be sure you have all the facts, both positive and negative, to help make an informed decision. . .

People here are aware of the possible chance of injury, for you to just come here and say "don't jelq you will do irreversable damage" is just rediculous, of corse you can do damage if your a moron and do to intense of a routine.If you do everything the way your supposed to you'll be just fine.
And you can gain much more then a half inch, im nearing an inch gain right now, and others have packed on up to 3 or 4 inches, so im going to stick wit the exercises and ignore every word you say, im aware of the chances of injury, thats why im not going to be an idiot and overwork my self.
Let me guess, you wanted to see some serious gains thought if you jelq for 5 hours you'll get them right? well if you answer yes to that question then you clearly have noone to blame but yourself for not exercising properly.

no, I jelq'ed in the shour about 10-15 minutes every day, no warm up. I also masturbated on average 2x a day (maybe laying off that would've helped). . . .All I'm saying is that there are other ways to accomplish the same goals (higher self-esteem, greater access to woment) without risking your health. Just be aware that permanent damage can happen

All I'm saying is that I have caused serious damage to the little guy and it has caused me a great amount of distress. I hope none of the guys here have to deal with this, but the fact of the matter is that if 1000 guys read this, 10 of those guys could cause permanent damage. I understand that I am using someone else's forum to convey this message, so maybe I should start a separate website. I'm not trying to get in the way of your goals, I mean to give you information that could save you from a ton of grief

People are here to exercise, not stop, if they choose to stop thats there decision, they dont need you to tell them to stop, maybe if you introduced yourself in a different way rather then just being completly negitive towards PE and all it has, then I would consider having a decent convo with you and would of welcomed you to this fine gym we have here, but you chose not to do so, and I dont think you should be welcome here, as I said befor, people are well aware of the injuries that may occure if PE is abused, and its there choice to make if they start, continue, or stop PE. This site promotes penis health, the size is a bonus, people come here to find cures for ED, premature ejaculation, fixing curves and lots of other penis related issues, and many men have had success, so for you to come here and bash these exercises that have helped many men kinda pisses me off.

Yes, people are aware that they can be injured, but are they aware that the damages can be severe and permanent? I'm not here to diss PE, I'm here to say JELQing is very dangerous. PE is fine with me in principle, but you can hurt yourself. Those are the facts. Just want to help, and maybe there's a better place for me to do it.

Should have bein for life, damn that guy got under my skin.
But yes back to PE, now Im thinking of calling my break quits, its bein a good little while and I feel my dick is deconditiond by now, so I think tomorrow morning I will restart the JP 90 day program and follow it to a T.

I have a tug in every position when I try your LOT test. what you said is true though as I have been struggling to gain in the few months I've done PE. Is there any way to improve your LOT?

Hello guys, i`ve been doing this routine for about two weeks. When i was doing it the first time, it took me more than one hour, now it takes less. But nevermind, my question is: is it ok if i sometimes have erection less than 70% while wet jelqing? And what about V-jelqs, what % of erection should i have there, because while i`m doing V-jelqs i have or try to have the same level of erection as i have when wet jelqing.

About my gains, i know you will disagree, but i didn`t measure. I`m going to stick with this routine to the end and stop or just maintain PE when i reach my desired length, girth (when the results will be visible).

But if it helps, i measured it like half year ago and the stats were (only for erect):

EL: 16,7 cm = 6,57 inches
EG: 12,6 cm = 4,92 inches

Results after 14 days: I can see my penis is a bit fuller, i see a big long vein poppin out, and i have a bit longer and fuller flaccid length (not all of the time). I feel great as i`m seeing results just after a few exercises.

Well, that`s it, happy PE-ing to everyone.

Here you go paramedic:

What percentage erection level do I use when jelqing and stretching?
0-30% for stretching, 30-60% for Jelqing. 40-60% for the "V" Jelqs.

What about V-jelqs, is one rep actually when you stroke penis to the left, right and straight up? Because that would mean i have to do 270 strokes. I only do 90 because i count that one rep is stroke with one hand, like stroke to the left (1 rep), stroke to the right (second rep), stroke upwards (third rep) and so on and so forth.
