Hi,
I have recently started JP's 90 day routine. Today I read in one of the website that jelqing causes nothing but growth of scar tissues in the penis. But looking at the gains stated and the confidence shown by some of you senior members in the forum this statement looks a bit obscure to me.Hundred people cannot fake at the same time and same forum just for nothing
Can anyone tell me the possibility of developing scar tissues (may be due to incorrect way of doing jelquing) by the exercises?? or I can forgot about it and continue the routine without fear.

Please anybody answer this question???

okay well...when you said "both hands count as one rep" did you mean starting off by releasing the hand by your glans and then sliding your other hand up to your glans count as one or is it base-glans, then base-glans again equal one rep...i think thatll be 2 jelqs...im confused :(

slowhiker, to me 2 strokes = 1 rep. 1 stroke = completing the whole motion of a jelq, coming from the base and stopping short of the glans (right below the head) regardless of where my other hand is.
For me its usually at the base to prevent skin from moving up with the jelq motion, since I am uncut (not circumcised). Hope that helps.

I'm trying to buy these

Super B complex.
1 Multi Vitamin & Minerals.
1 60 mg Zinc.
2 500mg L-Arginine capsule.
1 500 mg L-Lysine.

as the post suggests.

But, on Holland & Barrett website they don't have 60mg zinc. The most they have is about 15mg??
Also, i havent been able to find "super b complex" anywhere?
Finally, does anyone know where I can buy this stuff for cheap??

Thanks

I'm not sure where your from adam, but walmart has them. Your multivitamin should have some zinc included(mine does). So I make up the difference with a zinc pill.

help getting started

help getting started

Hey guys, first off id like to thank all of you for your support and honesty as well as guidance as i start my journey in this process. I have read the original post in this thread by "JP" and maybe i am just a little slow but still feel unsure as to where to start. I am no stranger to excercise and the dedication it takes i am aformer bodybuilder so i am more than ready for the commitment to making this work.
Can anyone especially jp be willing to give me some advice on how to get started regarding excercise selections, reps, days, etc.

Once again thanks for welcoming me to this group and for all your support
BOB

DRDMD, if your a beginner (which it seems you are) then start exactly where you are! JP's beginners routine is highly recommended and i'm a few weeks in myself.

Just follow the original post to a tee and you will be fine.

Summary
-warm up with hot wash cloth or rice sock
- stretch
- 50 jelqs
- 30 v-jelqs
- 50 jelqs
-30 v-jelqs
- 50 jelqs
- 30 v-jelqs to end
- warm down 5-6 minutes

take those vitamins that im trying to get my hands on too, and you'll be sorted.

um abit confused on how a rice sock is used though? do you hold it against your crotch area or do you untie it afterwards and stich your groin in it?

Once you have made your rice sock( rice inside the sock, with the end of the sock tied in a knot),Heat it up in the microwave (mine take about 1.5 minutes, on high),Lay the sock on your penis ( or wrap it around ),and warm up that area.

DO NOT put your penis inside the sock with the rice! Make sure you don't get it TOO hot. :)

Hi
I have a question. Don`t you (JP) or others for that matter think your beginning routine is a little to heavy for a beginner? Before they have condition their penis I mean.

And how hard do you jelq and stretch?

Just a question

If you believe the routine is too much for you then slowly add more over time. Say start with half and every week add 10 jelqs for example. Nobody knows your body better than you do. Personally, I had no problems starting out with this amount.

How hard to stretch? not hard enough to cause you pain. How hard to jelq? not hard enough to break an egg.

Please please please read as much as you can from the Quick Links, specially PIs page.
The more you know about PE the safer and more efficient your routines will be. You want to avoid over training and injury.
Good Luck!

Hi Jonpop,
I am about to begin your routine after trying the basic one for 5 weeks. My LOT is at 6:00, so I wil be doing my stretching exercises up & out only according to your directions. I noticed that there was no length of time listed for the stretching portion. How long should I be stretching before I move on to the Jelqing. Thanks.

The time for each stretch is listed. Please re-read :)

Am I correct in assuming that since I am only stretching up & out (due to a LOT of 6:0) , that I only need to stretch each way for a count of 25 and thats it for the stretching portion. Seems kind of short. Can someone please verify this befor I start. Thanks!

Actually, just disregard the LOT theory altogether, and stretch in all directions.

Post # 71(Quoting JP):

Just do your exercises in ALL directions. The LOT theory was contrived by Bib back in the day. It was the hot way to exercise back when I wrote the newbie routine. Not to say that the theory doesn't hold merit, but found that the gains come just as fast, or slow by adhering or not, to the LOT theory. Good luck dogg.

While holding the grip at the glans, start your other hand at the base. when half way up the shaft, release the grip at the glans and continue the slide up, trapping the blood at the glans and upper shaft.

I suppose this could work very well for guys who are cut but... this is what I have a problem with, I haven't been able to achieve this to the point that it feels right since my foreskin moves forth with my second OK grip, making the next repetition kind of impossible to place, this happens to me regardless of the amount of lubricant I have applied. So my question is, is it ok to let go just for the split second that will take me to reposition my hands for a new rep? or should I do the OK motion with a single hand while holding down my base with the other?
