JP I have been getting irritation/rash on my shaft than it goes away on my day off is this normal?

No, it's not normal. It could be that you're allergic to the lube that you're using, or that you're not using enough and it's a friction burn.

Guys is it possible to get gain results after 7 days? of routine. I AM SERIOUS, i am 1/4 inche thicker in erect firth and flaccid firth and 1/2 inche gained in erect length.

"Grasp your penis at the base firmly, in the O.K. grip, palms faceing down." that means you gotta jelq with an over-grip? Meaning your thumb is facing down also? I just started this routine on monday, tommorow I'll be done with my first week. I'll keep going until 90 days reaches up... I'll let you know the results. And about the V-jelq... I think I'm doing it good, but its hard to jelq with the V sign... Anyone has a video? Thanks

Well I have no allergies should I be using lube while stretching? I use enough lube for jelqing and it does not hurt while I do it but the next day I have a burn

Have you had a look at the video page? It shows all the exercises including the v-jelq.

Regarding the grip used to jelq ... work out what is comfortable for you. But yes, the over-hand grip will have your palm and thumb facing down. With that over-hand grip your thumb and pointer will form an okay circle / sign right at the base of your penis and flush up against your body / belly. The over-hand grip also tends to make it a little easier to get right down low at the base of your penis ... instead of maybe a half inch or so further up as with other grips, so that you jelq the full length of your shaft.

But experiment ... and see what you think gives you the best 'pump'.

When doing the v-jelqs shound the pressure come from the fingers (applied on the side of the penis) only or should there be pressure from the bottom of the "V" too?

hey guys, could someone possibly re-iterate the stretches in the JP routine? I'm a bit confused on where to grip my penis as well as what is meant by pulling straight out and doing BIG circles to the left and then right. would be much appreciated!

Grip your penis an inch below the head/glans. As for your other question, I too was confused with it. Until JP explained it with a simple example. The action you will want to perform is similar to cranking cars in the old days.Got it?
10 to the left and 10 to the right means 10 circles each in the clockwise and anti-clockwise direction. Hope this helps.

Hey JonPop, let me start by thanking you for sharing this valuable knowledge with us at "The PE GYM" I really appreciate it.

Now as I was doing some reading and I came across this same routine on "Betterman" and you recommended the PowerJelq. Is it still ok or should I just wait till I'm more seasoned in PE.

Yes, I still recommend the Power Jelq Device. After 6 weeks of the 90 day routine, incorporate 50 slow Jeqls with the PJ after completion of the Jelqing portion of the routine, before the warm down. (jP

I'm currently doing this routine.. I've been on and off with PE.. even though I've known it for maybe a year now but I always find myself giving up 3 weeks in.
I'm trying it again. I can't seem to find any LOT in any given "time" locations.. Hopefully it's a sign that there's alot of room to "gain".

I've been noticing a trend in the forums of wanting more pictures.. usually before-after pictures. if all works out.. I'll deliver some. Someone else is probably working on the same thing but the more the merrier.

Wish me luck.

During jelqing sometimes due to extra lube my grip goes (slips)all the way from the base to the shaft and over the glans.Will this cause a problem later?
Also I'm not able to hold my erection level at 60-70% while jelqing and the jelq isnt as effective. So,Can I warm up again during jelqs?

i don't think sliding over the glans would cause a problem unless you were using a particularly rough jelqing grip.

as far as i know, you can warm up again mid jelq session. in fact i don't think its possible to over warmup unless of course you were burning your penis.

1 Super B complex.
1 Multi Vitamin & Minerals.
1 60 mg Zinc.
2 500mg L-Arginine capsule.
1 500 mg L-Lysine.


REVISED:
To avoid build-up in fatty tissue, of some of the vitamins such as "A", decrease all these supplements to a 5 day on 2 day off routine. Your body will sluff-off any build-up in this period.

Is B-100 the same as super B complex? Also, any particular brands that you recommend? I was thinking of going with Twinlab but there's so many out there and I don't know which ones are better or more absorbable. And should these be taken all at once or just make sure to take them throughout the day? Thanks
