I've been having great results since i added clamping and pumping to my manual stretching. My BPFSL has finally passed 8' for the first time ever, and my EL has grown as well. I can tell things are headed in the right direction. But i don't wear a cock ring after clamping or pumping.
Am I "leaving money on the table" so to speak? Would a cock ring only benefit? Do most clampers wear cock rings post workout? etc.
