Nice response and quite enlightening! And as you say "confusing..."
First, in response to pegasus; the reverse kegel will, over time, assist you in automaticly offsetting your involuntary kegel. For practice, while ballooning, notice the involuntary kegel when it happens and then decrease stimulation while reverse kegeling till it stops. Then increase stimulation till you just feel it coming back again, and repeat. This should, over time, directly address the involuntary kegel and has the added benefit of increasing your awareness.
Now, I'm confused and need some advice. I thought that edging was masturbation to the PONR and then reducing stimulation to a more stable level and moving back up to PONR again for stamina training. Repeating about 6 times or so till finally ejaculating.
Sharpshooter, you refer to edging as a seperate activity than mastrubation which I find curious. Can you tell me what you do for edging that is different than mastrubation? If it is a seperate activity that I have missed somehow I'd really like to learn what it is and incorporate it into my routine especially if it has the benefits that you acquaint to it.
