Nice response and quite enlightening! And as you say "confusing..."

First, in response to pegasus; the reverse kegel will, over time, assist you in automaticly offsetting your involuntary kegel. For practice, while ballooning, notice the involuntary kegel when it happens and then decrease stimulation while reverse kegeling till it stops. Then increase stimulation till you just feel it coming back again, and repeat. This should, over time, directly address the involuntary kegel and has the added benefit of increasing your awareness.

Now, I'm confused and need some advice. I thought that edging was masturbation to the PONR and then reducing stimulation to a more stable level and moving back up to PONR again for stamina training. Repeating about 6 times or so till finally ejaculating.

Sharpshooter, you refer to edging as a seperate activity than mastrubation which I find curious. Can you tell me what you do for edging that is different than mastrubation? If it is a seperate activity that I have missed somehow I'd really like to learn what it is and incorporate it into my routine especially if it has the benefits that you acquaint to it.

Since I have a hard time RK what I do is kegel 30 times then hold a reverse kegel 20 seconds can that method be applied to balancing the PC muscle

Try this do a kegel and turn it into a reverse, hold until you start to tire then repeat the kegel, return to reverse and so on until fatigue.

Ha, sorry, it's me that has misunderstood edging. I'd read that article myself and somehow misinterpreted it. Looks like I've got a bit of work to do on the edging front!

The headache is an indicator for you; telling you where you need to continue to do the work. It's all in your head! Yes when my arousal is high I involuntary kegel and when I RK its like I reach the ponr if I can do no kegels I'll be fine

Bobby you need to do your reverse kegel earlier at a lower arousal level.
In masturbation you are trying to ejaculate, that is the prime purpose. Edging may appear similar but it has other purposes.
There is a wide variety of edging styles done in different ways for different purposes.
In the article Remek mainly talks of of the stop/start method, which is the best starting point.

Ok when I'm actually having sex and I'm penetrating in and out I notice I'm doing an involuntary kegel when I'm on top my legs and arms tense up for some reason I need to find a way to relax but I have to use my muscles. Maybe its going to take some getting use to since I just started having sex this year

Yes this is an important point ,one should not expect to be a sex god overnight. You have commited to working on it and that is a big positive. many guys talk about controling general muscle tension and breathing.

Another thing I notice is I'm starting back to kegel and the more kegels I do the less involuntary kegels I do but last time I started doing kegels I came soon as I entered my girl suggestions?

Damn the last 2 times I masturbated were pretty good I had a ponr but was un able to finish cause I was interrupted during my session maybe that's a good thing

So since the last 2 days I didn't ejaculate today I said I would release some stress and masturbated for over 20 mins which has become the norm my next goal is for being able to go 30 mins on a consistent basis. I'm still having trouble with my arousal tho breathing doesn't really help I have to find another method

I wouldn't give up on the breathing just yet. I find it very useful but the effects are subtle and you have to sort of release your mind into the breath and let it take your arousal level down little by little. It takes a bit of concentration which will actually remove your focus a little from the direct stimulation and spread the sensations throughout your body.

Meditation practice apart from sex helps to develop this ability. There is much written about it all over the net so I won't bother with details.

Also as Pegasus recommends talk to Drummer19 (and review his Arousal Techniques seen here: https://www.pegym.com/forums/premature-ejaculation-forum/27984-arousal-techniques.html ). And read JamesMonroe's contributions to ballooning and edging to increase your sensativity stamina. All your posts show that you are working on it and that's a good part of the battle.

Every tool you add will assist you in some way, kegels, reverse kegels, arousal techniques, deep breathing, ballooning, edging (a form of mastrubation but the goal is to increase stamina rather than reach climax), and whatever else you find here to be useful. Some here are not into it, but I've been studying up some on Tantric Sex and think that might be a good addition but it also takes some time and practice to master. It involves lots of pelvic floor exercises, root lock and channeling the sexual energy up your spine to your brain and releasing it back down again.
