... the pain I feel (althought light and ocasional) in my left testicle, can be due to PE?


I had an epididymitis about 6 years ago, and now I feel a light and ocasional pain in my left testicle. At that time the diagnosys showed I had some varicocelum (think that´s the way one should right). Well, from what I´ve read, it seems to be a varicocele.

But anyway, can it be related to PE?

I began PE for about 10 months ago, and I also did PE before that. This pain started this week.

Any changes to your routine that you can contribute to the pain? Any other trauma? You mentioned light and occasional - is it a sharp pain? It could be any number of things. If it persists, you may need to consider consulting a doctor.

I recall I had this kind of pain in the past years. I guess it has something to do with varicocele.

Nevertheless, until I see a doctor, that is just a possibility, like any other, so that´s what I´m going to do!

You may be grabing the cord part.
Forget what it's called, but sometimes I jelq and hit the 'tubes' that your balls hang from, usually the left side, and jelq it accidentally.
It kinda hurts for a while after, maybe you're doing the same.

You know I kind of have been experiencing the same thing really. I noticed it in particular after hanging for awhile, maybe 10 minutes.. looked at some porno and got really aroused, almost like a "blue balls" kind of feeling. It was weird cause then my left testicle was painful and I felt a sort of hard lump next to it. Doing my own research online I think that swollen lump looked like it was the bundled up cords that kind of hang off of the testicles. I could feel the same thing on the other testicle but it was noticeably smaller. After 4-5 days the pains subsided though that lump or enlargement is still there floating around behind the testicle but doesn't hurt or feel nearly as bad, I am continuing to monitor it. I kind of wonder if I had a build up of sperm there and the cords got pinched or something resulting in the swelling and pain ? I jacked off a whole sh*t load after that for the next few days which might have played a part in relieving it, I don't really know...

However, I guess that´s not my case. I guess I had this kind of pain before doing PE.
