Growing...Taller? Full-body PE

Actually, next week I'm going to start trying some stretching exercises to do this. I forget the name of the program right now. I believe it is "grow taller 4 idiots". I bought it a while ago and never really tried it. I know you're not suppose to, but I have done all the easy and intermediate exercises before. So next week I'm starting into the full routine. I'll post my progress later.
I'm pretty much 5'5"-5'6". 5'6" if I stand up totally straight.

Yes, I heard of it. Sounds like a nice program. Keep us updated with your progress here.

I'm really really interested in the subject. And I do kind of believe it's possible, but EXTREMELY difficult. I suppose like with PE consistency is the key?

Would be amazing if you guys grew from stretching or the shin bone stuff. For those of you who are trying this: What are your routines exactly? I'd like to do it with you, if you would be so kind as to share...

For the record i'm 5'10 and always felt like i should have been 6 foot. I'm 21 turning 22 this summer.

Well, I´ve swimmed that giantscientific forum and they all were talking about some "geocities stretching routine" sadly it appears that the webpage was closed for some reason. After a few hours I finally found a post where a member uploaded a back up excel version of it.

I´ve uploaded with a few notes (in Spanish, LOL) that I had to find here and there across the forum

Very interesting thread.

Boy am I glad that I dont have to add height as an issue in my life. I'm happy to be 6 foot 3, 180 lbs :)

Now all I need is the 8x6.

Hi guys.
Just wanted to say, I have fixed the problem I had with my hanging rod.
It used to hurt my fingers when I would hang for more than 30 seconds at a time. So what I did was, I took the rubber tube from a bicycle tyre, and wrapped that around the rod.
Now I can hang for long enough without getting my palm skin all bunched up.

Also, I noticed that when I hang, I get a 'pull' at the spine...it's a good feeling, like gravity is stretching your spine.

And I am going to start my stretching routine very soon. I still have a few doubts -

1) Should these exercises be done twice a day or once?
2) Time? Morning or before going to bed?

It seems to be a stretching routine to grow taller thru spinal "decompresion". In the forum of a link posted here earlier they all were talking about the "geocities routine" and how good it was (one of the moderators gained about 2" in a year period, not bad at all).

So I just search for it in the same forum and one of the members uploaded in a xls (MS excel) format :)

I don't know if I'll follow that routine exactly though. Might take some of the stretches (but only the best ones). I've been doing a lot of my own research. I think it's good to include heavy exercising with stretches. So I'm going to start intense sprinting twice a week, and also going to the gym (nothing too heavy) twice a week to boost my growth hormone levels. Also, apparently it's good to stretch first thing in the morning and the last thing just before you go to bed. The stretching is supposed to be very intense. At least an hour each session. Thoughts?

hey,
I do geocites routine twice a day. In morning and at the night. Twice a day :). 1 session lasts for half an hour. Also drink a lot of milk and try to boost your GH! Good Luck!
