Hey Guys,

I have been having this problem of late which is I couldn't help but ejaculate at the end of EVERY session. I had this problem when I first started out two months ago but I got over it after realizing the benefits of ejaculating every third session. I used to edge for 20-25 mins laying on my back, then I read somewhere that is it better if you switch positions while edging. So I started doing three positions a session--Laying on the back, standing, doggy--spending 7-8 mins in each position. I have 4-5 PONRs.

The problem is I find Doggy position so hard and the funny thing is I can't even tell if I am close. I'll be edging and the next thing I know I am past the PONR This totally sucks! because I have ejaculated out of schedule 3-4 times already and it doesn't make me feel good at all. Also, doggy is always the third and the last position I try. I start out laying on my back. Should I start with doggy instead? If i do this, I am afraid I'll ejaculate withing2-3 mins and that'll be even less productive.

Lastly, I noticed another thing while edging today. I was balloning right before I changed the position from laying on my back to standing up. I was very aroused so I thought I'd do a reverse kegel to bring the arousal level and all the excitement down. I did it at 90% erect (it was not very strong Reverse Kegel; it lasted 20 secs or so) My penis went flaccid in seconds and guess what? I had to spend next three minutes just to get it hard. It just wouldn't go past 40% erection level. So I am confused about the whole thing.

Hoping some of you can relate to what I am saying and will give me good advice.

a 20 second reverse kegel is a short light one for you??? That's a huge long one. No wonder you lost your erection. Mine are usually only 4-6 seconds long to stop ejaculation and then I start again right away slowly and don't lose erection because when I reverse kegel I actually pump blood into my penis and make my erection bigger. I'm really good at them I guess. I suggest you take the bull by the horns and do doggy the whole time to get used to the worst. Just take it slow and easy. Make sure your grip is fairly tight and not soft and loose. A vagina is mostly tight and intense, especially in the doggy position. It puts pressure on your penis.

I did it because I thought the longer the better. I thought it'd help me, but all it did was cause the erection loss. The PONR crept right up on me a few secs later (that is, after i got it fully hard). And I am amazed how you can stop it using a reverse kegel. It is just strange as majority of people would use a regular kegel. I can hold it back if my timing is right but usually some of it dribbles out. I'd love to learn how to do it with a reverse kegel.

I use three fingers mostly, is that enough? and I kinda only stimulate my glans because that's what happens when you get the real thing. It is a mixture of edging and intense ballooning. Sometimes I only pause for 5 secs and get back at it. It keeps me very close to the PONR the entire time. Is this any useful? or should I do the standard thing where you just reach a PONR, back off until the feeling subsides and continue again.

I am also thinking of doing that. I believe doggy is the hardest position. I'll see how it goes in my next session.

No way could I hold off PONR with a Reverse Kegel. I can only do that with hard regular kegel and that gives me DO.

I struggle to hold a regular kegel for long periods of time, but a reverse kegel is no problem at all for me. I can hold one for ages although I've never really counted how long. I can hold a strong reverse kegel easily for about 2 mins. But it doesnt help me during edging. I just hold a constant light RK.

I know that feeling Cris of the PONR creeping up fast. It's like you didnt even know it was coming. I'm sure that'll get better with practice. Yes the doggy pos is probably hardest one to last long.

A reverse kegel stops ejac every single time. I actually tried to have a DO lastnight with a regular kegel while edging with the death grip but it just made me more and more sensitive and I couldn't control the urge to ejac after 2-3 PONRs. That's why I like reverse kegels at PONR.

funny really how we all seem to have the same Pre Ejac problem, but our bodies are really quite different.

The only thing a reverse kegel at PONR does for me is allow me to have a flowing ejaculation, rather than a squirting one.

The reason it's flowing instead of squirting shows how a reverse kegel wants to control or not let regular kegel squirting/spasms to occur.
Why dont u try doing it before the PONR? Keep trying it sooner and sooner till you get used to catching it before you ejac.

Remember never to stroke your penis or penetrate in and out during sex while doing hard reg and rev kegels. U have to stop moving while doing then to stop PONR/ejac or you will bust. They create sensitivity also.

yes, good point. todays session didnt go so well. Wish i didnt have to take 2 days off for the weekend. Its like 2 steps backwards come Monday.

I tried the hard Rev Kegel today, but didnt seem to help an awful lot. Let's hope tomorrows session goes better than today.

U need to strengthen rev kegels as an exercise outside of masturbation/edging/sex. (not touching penis, just pushing.
