I have been having this problem of late which is I couldn't help but ejaculate at the end of EVERY session. I had this problem when I first started out two months ago but I got over it after realizing the benefits of ejaculating every third session. I used to edge for 20-25 mins laying on my back, then I read somewhere that is it better if you switch positions while edging. So I started doing three positions a session--Laying on the back, standing, doggy--spending 7-8 mins in each position. I have 4-5 PONRs.
The problem is I find Doggy position so hard and the funny thing is I can't even tell if I am close. I'll be edging and the next thing I know I am past the PONR This totally sucks! because I have ejaculated out of schedule 3-4 times already and it doesn't make me feel good at all. Also, doggy is always the third and the last position I try. I start out laying on my back. Should I start with doggy instead? If i do this, I am afraid I'll ejaculate withing2-3 mins and that'll be even less productive.
Lastly, I noticed another thing while edging today. I was balloning right before I changed the position from laying on my back to standing up. I was very aroused so I thought I'd do a reverse kegel to bring the arousal level and all the excitement down. I did it at 90% erect (it was not very strong Reverse Kegel; it lasted 20 secs or so) My penis went flaccid in seconds and guess what? I had to spend next three minutes just to get it hard. It just wouldn't go past 40% erection level. So I am confused about the whole thing.
Hoping some of you can relate to what I am saying and will give me good advice.
