In 1970-75, I was in the Air Force assigned to the 1st Special Operations Wing (and a couple of reorgs) Combat Control Team. They loved HALO jumps. A couple of team members had been on VHALO (Very High Altitude Low Opening) jumps (25,000+'). One of the HALO jumpers was a Sgt Baumgartner (can't recall his first name, other than Sgt). I wonder if he was related to Felix?
