Hey Impala!

I need your opinion on something. I have been reading a lot again. There is a new thread called 'ED due to over kegeling' and guys are talking about clamping being the reason for decreased EQ. So what do you think, should I go forward with 2 on, 1 off system where I jelq 10 minutes and then clamp 30 minutes?

I was reading my old posts from my log, from October and November. I had low EQ and I got it up just by relying on some basic exercises. Warming up, stretching and jelqing. I recovered my EQ quite fast by doing basics. So I am thinking now, should I do basic jelqing ONLY?

My cock is still tired and not fully recovered. Low EQ, turtling and funny flaccid feeling. I am afraid that clamping routine will never let it heal totally. My head is spinning and I feel I need outside confirmation that should I go 'back to basics' to recover my EQ? So what would you do in my situation? Go forward with clamping and trust that EQ will increase over time or take a step back and do basic jelqing only?

Of course kegels and raises will be in my evening programme no matter what I decide.

Elias if it were me, I would definitely take a step back and return to the basics. I would definitely not do the clamping if I was feeling like my EQ was not where I wanted it to be. Especially since you've had the low EQ before and were able to combat it with a "Back to the Basics" routine. I think not only will it take some pressure of your dick and allow it to relax a little and recover, but I think the simple routine will allow you too to mentally relax a little bit. I think your loss of EQ is part physical and part mental. By doing going back to a simple routine I think your mind will be able to calm down a little. Let me know what you decide on man but if it were me I would definitely take a step back. Good luck.

- I am back home for spring break and I have bare minimum privacy. I have 2 brothers who are also here so I definitely do not have the 45+ minutes of alone time I'd like. This is part of the reason I decided on the Clamping/Ballooning routine for this month. I was able to get a decent workout in but it could definitely be better. I'm not too upset about this week though as I think tonight's workout will be better, and it's nice to see my family. I'll keep you guys posted thanks for reading.

- Another note, at the start of the new year I began doing PE and also began really following the stock market and I invested a little so as to have a little motivation to do so. And holy hell with looking forward to my PE workouts during the week and always watching to see what the market is doing these first 2 months have FLOWN by. I can't believe it. Just wanted to mention it.

As you might guess Impala, I went back to basic exercises. I did jelqing only routine on Monday and Tuesday. Now everything looks better. EQ is increasing and I am feeling more comfortable. Yeah, definitely it was the right choice. I was just looking for some confirmation to say that I am doing the right thing. Clamping was too much for me. Maybe I will try it someday again in the far future but now I am following my progress log and observing what I did in the past to gain hardness and grow some size.

I wish you a nice Spring Break buddy. I hope you can find the time and privacy to play with your cock!

*** Update ***
- Out of my 5 days that I wanted to workout this break I only was able to do 3 and even those were not that great. 7 out of 10 for all the workouts. I plan on doing my mid-month measurements tomorrow. I don't expect to see any gains. I'm just hoping to not see any losses. As always I'll keep you guys updated!

Gains/losses:

I will finish out the month with my clamping ballooning routine however next month I will be returning to my original routine as that is what got me my gains.

Impala, you had some lost there! But don't worry about it! That is nothing and you will regain that in a week when you get back to your routine. You have an awesome routine that works!

I reckon I will have zero length gains or even some loss too. Although my EQ has been quite okay, I did some unofficial measuring today and it looks like I either lost some length or it's +/- 0.

Just wanted to let you guys know I have been keeping up with my routine. Just not the log. I have been extremely busy with school and work and just haven't found the time to make insightful quality posts. I will resume my log next month. I will also have measurements then too. Happy gaining.

Good to hear that you are still on-board! Next week I will have my final exam so I am really close in finishing my uni. Then the real challenge begins - the job hunt!

Anyways, good luck with your routine. It will be interesting to see how you are doing with your gains.

hey impala.. been out of it for a bit.. had the ex here for about a month and then have been busy with working again, gym, and going out a lot so i havent stayed with the routine very well of late.. just updated my log.. i have gained some girth in the last 2 months as i've still got some excercising in and been back on some edging without release which i think has been doing well for my girth. i think my routine needs to be adjusted more for length still as i feel like its addressing girth more and i've gained more girth as opposed to length so now im looking shorter despite length gains.. not necessarily a terrible thing but i want to work more on gaining a half inch to my nbpel

- I'm not surprised I didn't gain any length. My routine this month consisted pretty much just of clamping and ballooning. I am glad to see however that I gained a solid .1" in girth, which is really what I am aiming for. I think I'm going to continue with this routine for another month because me and my girlfriend are having problems with me going too deep. It really sucks so I'm trying not to gain anymore length right now. Anyways theres my number for the month. Pumped about the girth!

BigRed hey gains are gains sh*t can't argue with numbers man. I hear ya. And like you I took somewhat of break as of late. Oh well though hopefully I can stick with it.

Heeey! Good man with your gains! Awesome! Imagine if you continue gaining girth like that, in 6 months you have 6" girth monster!

The last time I met with my girl, we had the same problems with my length. I was really poking her so deep. And now tomorrow she is flying in to see me so we'll see how she takes my new and improved dick. Fuck I cannot stop smiling!

- I can definitely tell that this consistent clamping and ballooning is really having an effect on my penis. I feel fatter all the time. Morning, afternoon, night, hard or flaccid. It doesn't matter. I think my frustration with the routine last month came from inadequate privacy resulting in my poor mid-month results. My goal for this month is to gain another .1" in girth. Happy gaining everyone!
