I'm alone. Completely, and utterly alone
Na. You just feel that way because of the loss. Once you learn to be happy by yourself you'll be good again. That takes time.

She Loves Me Not
...I f'd up today. :( I texted her to get my stuff back, asked her to mail me my sh*t back. she said she can give it to me when she gets back. i said I'll pay s&h. she said okay, but I have to wait till she gets back. I don't owe her a friendship and it's killing me b/c I see her wanting this friendship as a hook to keep me o nthe line... but her texts with me are very superficial.. there's no more depth to our conversations anymore. Which to me, means either she really does just want a friendship.. or I dunno.

she doesn't deserve me. this is not fair.

i don't know what to do anymore...

I asked her if I could call her tn.. and I was going to tell her I can't do this friendship, I still have feelings for her. all I ended up doing was texting her that I can't call tn, ignore today's texts, ttys, goodnight. all she said was okay, goodnight

ugh

now I look weak and pathetic

I hate to say it Dante but yeah, you do and YOU made the conscious choice to make yourself look that way. Break ups aren't easy but dude, man up. There are TONS of women out there and seriously, until you learn to love who YOU are and you learn how to be ok being alone, this repetitive cycle is going to continue with you.

I just dont' get it man...

i'm her first relationship.

she broke it off overnight without any reason or warning.

my friend told me she doesn't think i blew any chance of reconciliation... but i'll have to wait longer now probably.

one day we're a happy couple.. the next, exes. It's fucking frustrating.. and spookey. I hate her.

No, you don't hate her, you hate the fact that you don't understand why she did this. Women can be very confusing. One minute their into you and the next you're ass it at the curb and they expect you to figure out what you did wrong.......think of it this way, if this is how she is, she actually did you a favor. I know you don't see it like that now but trust me, if she's THAT indecisive or breaks up with you without warning or reason what so ever, be grateful your investment was only a few months versus years.

Dante, remember when I was all effed up over a loss so long ago?
She never told me why we broke up when when we did. Still don't know.
BUT in that time I have learned I'm far better off without. I learned to be happy with myself, by myself. Focused on my friends and family. Tried to have fun... all in all I got over it with distractions and letting go of her. I learned that as much as I believed she was right for me, she really wasn't. Her flaws started to come out after being blinded by only the good things after the breakup.
Just give it time, be with yourself. Learn to be happy by yourself for a while. Does a lot of good. You'll find the right girl eventually. Just give it time.

I appreciate the support guys... i find it easier said than done.

I'm seriously contemplating defacebooking her silently and deleting her number... if she wants to reestablish contact, she can try.. but I don't want to reciprocate. Her wanting this friendship, me giving it to her... and her NOT reaching out to me at all is selfish on her part. She can't have her cake and eat it too.

...heh

thank god I've grown up with breakups. In the past, I probably would've begged... then pleaded... then when she pushed me away further, cursed her out and called her a bitch.

heh...

It would seem that defriending her on facebook is a beg and a plea.

She will notice that she has been defriended, of course. She wants friendship and will undoubtedly contact you demanding explanation, which will lead to a fight or at least some conversation. I think you'd do just about anything to talk to this girl that you are obsessing over, as you're not too happy when she responds with the least bit of interest and depth. So it looks like just about the only chance you have left at conversation is this deletion. Just my take on the situation.

I say just ignore her everything. Don't use facebook for a while (tempting to check up on her, I know). Do delete that number and any pictures you have of her on your phone.
Whatever it takes to make you think of her less is good.

Did you mis sthe part of me deleting and blocking her number? Or did I fail at mentioning that prior? (forgive me if I did not mention it)... I wish to leave her with a simple, "thanks for being more than a friend, but my feelings do not allow me to give you any bit of a friendship now, goodbye. Perhaps one day..."

you started right. No friendship, and taking her off facebook is definitely something I'd do.

I do that to most people anyway. If we don't get along or are not "cool" like that, or if we just don't talk that much anymore, I remove them. Nothing personal, but if you're on my facebook it's because of several reasons... one being that we talk and/or are cool.

Thanks guys. I'm so confused

Just live your life Dante...........you've made your decision, stick to it and do as others have advised, just be happy with who YOU are, enjoy YOUR life and quit worrying about her. I realize this is easier said than done and all I can tell you is, I've been there before and while it's unpleasant for a bit, the feelings go away and you'll eventually feel back to your old self again.

I'm going to see (not hope) she contacts me by tom night... If not I call her Thursday afternoon...let her know I feel she made a mistake, that ee ended prematurely. I can't hope she'll change her mind, or turn around and be together in a stronger relationship. She wanted the friendship, but she makes no effort for it. I can't give her a friendship now, So thus it is goodbye, and good day.

defacebook, delete and block # and move on.

so it is written, so it shall be done.
