Shout at yourself and give yourself a kick up the ass!

It's easy to get comfy being comfy, you have to push yourself. I find after a break, the hardest part is just getting back into it, but after the initial coming up with excuses why you shouldn't, take the plunge and you'll wonder why you ever stopped!

Start a log if you don't have one and jump back in to your routine.

Good luck.

Louisiana sometimes, the world usually.
Momentum is your friend. Go do your exercises right now. A body in motion tends to stay in motion. Visualize what having your dream penis will be like. Not just think about it, but really try to put yourself there and see it. Maybe it is envisioning what some lovely's reaction will be, or just how you like the heft of it when you are pulling it out of your pants or whatever. Just make it something that makes you motivated. But most importantly, go do your exercises.

Music motivates me in a lot of what I do.

Maybe not music but whatever you find motivational, use it

If you have a really long routine why don't you slim it down. That's what I did, even JP90 was too much time for me so I just did a mini version. I never edged either which seem to be a big time consumer and I don't see the point of it for myself.

MIA!
Procrastination is a lot like masturbation; in the end you're only screwing yourself!

Get off your lazy ass and accomplish your dreams and goals!

Life is short; you only have one chance..

You can't go to Walmart and purchase "wanna", you have to pull it out of thin air, when you breathe, and hold that sh*t in.

Oh whatever!

Only YOU can truly motivate YOU.

BUCK UP!

We can only spark so much motivation for a couple of days. The rest is up to you. Only you as an individual can keep that motivation alive.

I am obsessed with PE. Today was a rest day and tomorrow its finally PE day. You have no idea how ecstatic i am! Its been a very long time since i've been so dedicated towards a cause as PE. I'm holding on tight and i won't let go.

My advice to you is start of slow. Maybe do 10-15min PE routine, consisting of 10min stretching and 5 min Jelq. Try to get back in the groove. Don't aim for those one hour sessions because it might throw you off. Take baby steps until it becomes a habit. You'll start to love PE again.
