Thanks to this thread I stopped watching porn during my workouts (about three weeks ago).
It has affected my overall libido, my PE workouts, EQ and sex - all positive changes!
Since I was in a similar situation as described in the quote below... Gator, may I ask why you didn't delete the links? I felt very ambivalent about deleting all the stuff on my hard drive, but did it and was silly proud of myself. Seems like you've decided that you want to stay away from the cake, but still keep it in the fridge just in case...

I went through and saved all of my favorite porn sites as FAVORITES in FireFox. Then I renamed all of the links with names like...
"DON'T CLICK HERE"
"PORN IS FAKE, GET THE REAL THING"
"YOU PROMISED YOURSELF NOT TO"
"USE YOUR MIND, NOT THE PORN"
It worked. Just reminding yourself a little goes a long way...
