Hello all, well i've been pe'ing now for a coupla weeks and everything seems sound. Good pi's, some morning wood, bigger floppy etc. Im sure my bpfsl has shot up .5' already! Questioning whether i measured right the first time though, seems a lot for just a few sessions?
I knew i was hooked on porn long before i even heard of pe, but my EQ was in a bad state prior to pe, so i use porn to keep up to proper jelq levels. I know i shouldn't be unloading soon after a workout, and have started phasing in an edging routine at the end sometimes. Due to my kegels now im getting to the Ponr a few times before unloading, and am getting a bit of control. Loads are stronger too.
Problem is im tugging-off 3 or 4 times a day. One is usually the edging and the rest are through the day. Actually had 3 edging sessions today but they all end in ejaculation. I reckon shooting so often cant be too good. (though i noticed since the kegeling and pe started my third load of the day is now more intense than the 1st used to be before!) But always porno on the laptop. I really want to go cold turkey, cos i think this much jacking off could spoil gains ?
Considered giving the laptop to someone for a few days so i had no access to porn, get deconditioned off it. However i've come accustomed to following the forum each day, pegym is a great motivator. Plus without the porn im worried i might be jelqing too low a level.
Anyone else go through a battle with porn ? How did u stop it ? Is it hurting gains ? Whats the best thing to do here ? I reckon its an addiction, and that if i go through a period of abstinence and withdrawal, i'll hopefully get to maybe just shooting once every few days, seems like a better amount to me.
