Thankyou for the fast response .I did my three months conditioning period but did not gain any size .well maybe just a little but not enough for me to want to continue manual stretching .to me hanging just seems to be the easiest and most efficient way for length .its good because I can do some weights at the same time killing two birds with on dick hanger haha .cheers guys

No you didn't increase weight to fast if you are not experiencing any discomfort or pain. The idea is to move to weight that you can hang effectively put not cause pain. How many sets are you doing?

I did my three months conditioning period amd didnt gain sh*t so to me hanging just seems the most beneficial and simplest way to gain length .if I feel no fatigue should I up the weight if I have just started or shall I do two weeks first at low weight to condition my unit

You shouldn't go into hanging this soon in your PE journey. IMO, hanging should only be done after a minimum of 1 year of Manual PE. Be patient, manual PE will give you the gains you want. Hanging should be like the last resort to making gains, or as a form of PE after you have done years of Manual PE. I only went into hanging a month short of doing 3 years of PE. I am into 4 years and 8 months of PE and hanging is now a regular part of my PE routine. Take it slow and easy and your gains will come.

how much have you gained in your whole pe experience .if hanging is not a good route for me to take so early then whats a good intermediate routine for length

To quote bib .....I think for someone who wants length hanging is the most efficient way to go.if done properly its also the safest and easiest. It does take time to develop a comfortable routine but this is a one time expense .once you have been accustomed you can perform many activities while hanging .Therefore this aspect of penis enlargement actually can require no time ...........sounds good to me

When I hang I notice almost all my fatigue at the base. This is a good reason why many hangers report girth gains at the base. If you are achieving any kind of fatigue then this is positive. You won't achieve fatigue down the entire shaft. When gains have slowed and your dick is conditioned enough, then you can go to advanced fulcrum hanging. It doesn't not make sense to do this in the beginning. Ride the gains out

Also, I didn't notice intense fatigue till I hit 7 lbs btc. Not sure what that is in the metric system.

Last night I started to feel what I think was fatigue. But not in the area I thought I would .the feeling starting in the middle of the shaft and spreading to my groin .is that normal ? I felt this slightly on my first set and then a lot more on my second set .I was going to go for a third to try to ride it but I want to make sure it is actually fatigue before doing that .im only doing two sets am and pm so I dont want to add any extra sets just yet ........also does the LOT theory apply with hanging.

What you describe is very similar to when I fatigue. When you start fatiguing you have to decide to stay at the same weight for another set or reduce weight. I usually reduce weight so I can ride out the fatigue. Good work on fatigue and a split session routine. As far as lot theory, some people think it works and others do not. I personally keep it simple. If I'm gaining I stay at that angle, if not I try to asses wether I need a break or need to change routine. I try not to change angles too much.

I started gaining in about 4-6 weeks. I wasn't hanging enough at that time, so it could have been faster. I try to hang everyday, but more importantly hang 10 hours a week once you get conditioned.

An inch and 1/2 deeper than before
Bump it up one set for a week, conditioning is very important. You should bump it up a set per week until you are at the max time you wish to spend hanging daily. After this you can start to add a pound a week for your max weight.
