So, I guess this is my diary.

My first workout was light. Stretches for 10 seconds in every direction, circle stretches, 100 wet jelqs - OK grip, 100 kegels (about 2-3 seconds each). I'll continue with this light routine for first two weeks.

I plan to measure my penis every two weeks and also tweak the routine based on my own thoughts and of course your suggestions. My starting stats are:

Erect Length: 5.9''
Erect Girth: 4.5''
Goal: 7.8''x5.9''

I did a session two days ago (Tuesday). It was a light session (basic stretching, 100 jelqs and kegels). Yesterday, I did the same routine, only 150 jelqs instead of 100. I felt very tired and I feel my penis isn't just ready for 150 jelqs at once at this stage of P.E. This morning I had that random morning erection. It was about 60-70%. I read I shouldn't be bothered about that, should I? I was very busy yesterday, so I just crushed into my bed in the evening and slept really well. I think that's the reason for my nice flaccid this morning. It was unusually loose and fat. Today I will split 150 jelqs to 50, 50, 50. Separate jelqing through the day. It's just a experiment of mine as I feel it would be much more better accepted by my penis than full session once a day. I am not really into stretching exercise. I use it just as a warm-up for jelqing and I don't really pay much attention and effort into stretching. I am very interested how will my penis react on separate sessions through the day. Grady

Finished with the first 3/3 day.

No negative P.I's. Nice random 80% erection in the evening. Flaccid hang pretty loose and two times fatter than 3 days ago. Also, nice flaccid lasted through the whole day.

I am very happy with current condition of my unit and it gives me confidence about my 3/3 sessions for coming days.

Looks good so far! Make sure you add reverse kegels to your routine also, you don't want one muscle over powering the other by to much.

Thanks for the tip pe4life2, but I don't really know too much about reverse kegels. Maybe you could give me a link or something about them. I've been trying to find it, but was unsuccessful. Thanks. Grady

Ok, so I made the plan for the first two weeks and I will post it here to make sure I stick to it properly. I will not count first two days of P.E.-ing (25, 26.01) I've been doing.

27.01. 3/3 session 03.02. 3/3 session

30.01. 3/3 session 06.02. 3/3 session

I added full session 08.02. as I feel my unit will benefit from it after building a form through the two weeks of exercising.
09.02. - making a plan for next two weeks based on PI's and feeling.
10.02. - measuring.

not bad. its good that your not overtraining yourself. ive gotten close but i felt it before i did. keep listening to your body

Thanks engleangle for feedback and for proving my point. This is just beginning stage and I hope it passes well. Nice to see that after possible overtraining you managed to reach your goal. Good luck!

28.01. 3/3 session completed.
Positive PI's: larger flaccid through the whole day, increased horniness due to slight reduction of masturbation.
Negative or neutral PI's: slightly decreased hardness of morning erection.

hey man. Did you measure yet? any gains? Just want to know because we started doing PE almost at the same time. anyway, good job on sticking on the routine. i skipped yesterday and i regret it

I am not quite excited about measuring and don't expect anything after two weeks, but it would be nice to see my stats improving. Good luck man!

i'm on the right track then. i'm experiencing exactly the same thing as you. EQ quality and flaccid length improvements. Good luck too man! I'll track your progress and compare it to mine to see what works best. thanks!

Well hello again, my good P.E. friends. I am pretty mad at myself for stopping P.E.-ing in the middle of February. I can't exactly remember the reason why I stopped, but I am pretty sure that it wasn't because I didn't believe it worked. I can just imagine where would I be now if I continued P.E.-ing all this time. But, it's never too late to start again. I started P.E.-ing again last Friday. So it's been a week into my new P.E. adventure. I haven't measured myself this time at the beginning, but I suppose the stats were the same as they were before. EL 5.9'', EG 4.5''.
Last week I started with JP's routine. I did it 4 times a week. First two sessions were exactly like JP explained: stretching, 180 Wet jelqs, 90 V-jelqs. It was too much for me, so I cut it to: stretching, 60 Wet jelqs, 30 V-jelqs. Also, I put a lot more effort into stretching than before, it works magically with jelqing.
I measured my erection length tonight and I realised I just gained 0.2''. I measured it several times and it always showed me the same result: 15.5cm=6.1''. I am really boosted by this gain. I must say that my flaccid length and girth has also dramatically improved during the past week.
So, my current stats are:
EL: 6.1'' (I can't believe I say this, and I don't want to think is it permanent or just temporary - it's the size I measured!) :)
EG: 4.5'' (I didn't measure my girth again, I'll do it next week, but I think maybe there is some, if any, improvement)
My goal is 7.8''x5.9''.
I realise I am young man (still 19 years old), but my goal is to enter the third decade of my life (decade of sex:) ) with biggest penis I can have. So, I know I won't stop with P.E.-ing this time, at least I won't stop before my birthday (22 September).
So, if anyone can tell me is it unreal for me to measure 7x5 when my birthday comes ? I already gained 0.2'' :D

8. day finished.
I am doing P.E. four times a week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. I'll be measuring every week.
Tomorrow is day off.

Tonight I measured my EG. It's exactly 12cm - 4.72''. This is unbelievable. I must upload a picture of my unit. This is my 6.1''x4.72'' size. I know I am around the regular size, but this is pretty big for me. Especially in length:) I am extremely happy, and can't wait for the next Friday. Thank you everyone, thank you 21st century :D

Also I would like to ask something. As you can see in the picture, I can't retract my foreskin fully, I have some slight phimosis. is it possible that the gain is because the skin is becoming more loose because of jelqing and frenulum is not so tight because of stretching?
