I am doing really light routine, but I've seen quick gains from it.
Standard JP's stretching routine, 60 wet jelqs, 30 V jelqs.

Seen some 'new' veins on my unit. Really encouraging stuff!

Last night was crazy, simply incredible. I had my first sex. I was mentally unstable last night, so I couldn't get an erection for hour or two. I wanted to kill my self at the time. Luckily, my girlfriend loves me, and it was first time for her also. Then I just told myself I don't want to think this much, and erection was immediately there. We had a short intercourse, I only went with my glans. There was no blood, no anything. I thought her hymen has already snapped. In the morning, she jumped on me, and we started again, and finally I went harder and she screamed very loud. We stopped and saw blood on bed. She told me that it hurts her and that she wants to rest and I stopped. So, no P.E.-ing yesterday. :)

It's almost a month since I started PE-ing. I was consistent in my first two weeks, than pretty lazy in third week, but then again doing stuff regularly in my fourth week. I'll measure on Monday and I think I saw some new gains, especially in length, but the ruler will say everything.

(Voice of Janice from Friends) OH MY GOOOD!!! I just measured my penis. Today I am finishing with my first month (need to do session tonight). Sooooooo, afteeeer 1 month of PE-ing , not totally consistent month, (I did about 80% of what I wanted to do) I measured my BPEL: 6.49'' (16.5 centimeters) I can't believe this. I measured 5 times and every time it showed 6.5''. My penis is 16.5 cmmmmm. I can't believe I'm writing thiss. I'll upload photo as soon as I fix my broken Nokia phone. Also, I measured my girth. I measured three times and found out that my girth at the fattest spot (it's almost even through the whole penis, but it's slightly fatter just before the glans) is 4.82'' (12.25cm). I feel a little that my girth is fatter but it's not anything drastic, it's a little fuller in my hand. But, I am quite surprised that my BPEL IS 6.5''. Also, I know it's not just measuring, I always grab my dick with two hands and this time almost half of my glans was outside the hand (before the whole penis was surrounded with hands). I can't thank you guys enough for not keeping this method of penis enlargement a secret, thank you thank you, I am sooooo happpyyy right now!!! Thank you again! Also, I plan to spread the word to my friends about this site (I haven't told anyone yet). They know that my penis size last summer was 15cm (some of them also aren't happy about their sizes). Haha I'll show them the evidence and guide them to this site... Thank you JonPop, Kingpole, Going4 and everyone who is participating in this.....

So, my plan for next month:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday are P.E. days. Others are rest days.
Every third week I completely rest.
Routine:
Standard JP's stretches.
180 Wet Jelqs.
90 V Jelqs.
And I don't know how you call them but I stretch a little bit throughout the day (when I'm in bathroom).

Next measurement: 13. July 2011.

I have an idea. Is it good to adjust standard JP stretching by holding the ligaments with my two fingers? I mean not to stretch also ligaments, just the penis? I read it's good for girth, which I believe I'm lacking since my penis grows amazingly fast (I think it grew more since my last measurement, it's unbelievable how good he responds).

I hope someone will answer before I do another session. Thanks.

From now on I won't measure my bone pressed erection length anymore. I'll measure non-bone pressed as it is the real size of my dick. I measured today that my non-bone pressed EL is the same as my bone pressed EL when I started exercises: 5.9 inches. So, my size is 5.9x4.82 (NBPEL)

Oh, I hate this. I really am a inconsistent person. I was so on the right track, but still I managed to stop and forget about this. I promise to myself that this time I'll be consistent. I plan on doing JP's routine on 2on1off regime. I measured before starting. My NBPEL is now 5.67'' which is not bad, but my MSEG had shrunk to 4.41''. This time I won't set ''measuring goals'' cause I know gains will come but instead I'll set ''consistency goals''. My first goal is to be consistent until next Tuesday. I realized long-term planning discourages me. So, I'm starting once again, see you next Tuesday ! :D

After four weeks of PE-ing (again), I easily gained the same amount I gained last time. Just now I measured 6.41'' BPEL(16.3cm). Girth stayed basically the same (I wish I gain a lot of girth): 4.6''. I am also happy this happened after I changed my plan few days ago for a little bit. Last time I realized that rest days are as important as working days, so I wanted to balance them. I decided during JP's 90 days routine I have almost exact number of rest and work days. So, I came up with a plan which sounds like this:
After first day (60 jelqs, 30 wet, stretching) I have 1 rest day.
Then I do straight 2 days (each 120 jelqs, 60 wet, stretching) and have 2 rest days after that.
Then 3 straight days (adding 60(30) jelqs) and having the exact amount of rest days ,
until I get to 6 days straight (360 jelqs, 180 v jelqs, stretching, each day) and then have 6 days of rest.

When I complete this I'll have 42 days(rest+work), and then I start circle again and I complete 84 days of JP90's. And then I do 3 straight days on, 3 days off - and I'm finished. 45 days work, 45 days rest. I think this is good. I saw progress these days when I was resting more, so I hope this concept will pay off. And 90 days don't seem so long when I look at it from this point of view. See you guys later :)

My flaccid last two days was impressive. Just now I had to measure it. NBPFL 4.15, FG: 3.94
I've never had this sized flaccid, it looks impressive when I compare it to the size I'm used to.
I have one question: What's the average difference between flaccid length(girth) and erect length(g)? Because when I see my dick 4.15 non bone pressed flaccid I expect my erect size to be 7 inches easily. Currently it varies from 6-6.20''. If anyone has answer to the flaccid-erect difference I would be really thankful.
