During the last 1.5 years i am trying to overcome my pe.
Not only i want to overcome it, i just want to have full control over my orgasm.
But making it to 15-20 minutes would already be a big achievement.

I've been reading for a while here on the forum and it got already bit better.
I hope that by writing things and experiences down that i'll make the next step in my progress.
My routine so far.
Do a Rk/k routine. More rk than k because my pelvic floor is very tense and had involuntary kegels.
They are prety much gone now. Not completely.
From tomorrow i live together with my girlfriend so I will have a great sex routine.
