Damn Eric, it seems as though you gain a little bit each day I check this log! I noticed on post #14 that you were doing v/ulis in your "current" routine, but then I haven't seen them listed here the past few workouts. Are you switching the routine around daily to focus on either length or girth? Very curious as to what you're up to since you're gaining quite nicely. Also, I've been taking my Omegas (only 3 pills daily, but messing with dosage)...My question is about L-arginine.. What are your experiences with supps and flaccid hang?

Yo Diesel! Yeah man my pe's been a bit hap-hazard of late. Determined to get organised, and like you said, running a log will keep me on the ball! I always do my routine in 2 parts, stretch and jelq. Just found doing it all together took about an hour, so broke it into 2 half hours. Recently i've been kinda doing 1 or the other because of time probs. And i took a couple of weeks off stretching. From now on in though its gonna be stretches in the morning, jelqs at night.

Haha about the gains dude, the funny thing is when i started gaining and even when i posted my first goal success, my dick measured bigger, but didn't look or feel bigger! Its only in the last few weeks that i actually look and feel bigger. Also my mid shaft now sticks out further than my glans, if that makes any sense, like before it was straight down the sides. Like the CC's are bigger, i reckon thats the v/ulis.

One thing i def havn't been doing is overtraining, i've probably been under-training! Thats why i hope/think i've not exhausted the newbie gains yet. Reading PESG's story, he gained consistently for a year, only then did he crank things up some, and then gained consistent for another year! I hope it works like that with me, but am prepared for the fact it could play out differently. So i've just tried to fine tune a basic routine that suits.

With the supp's, well they've helped EQ, morning wood and i don't really turtle anymore. Problem is, i started them all at similar time, so its hard to give a fair critique (great word, got that off your post btw!) on each. I think my general flaccid is hanging fuller, once i've been on the supps a few weeks i'll get a better idea whats going down.

Hows about you bud, you getting good EQ, hang, etc with the supps as of yet? And is does your dick noticably look and feel bigger since the gains came in? Well done again btw, was well chuffed when your new measurements came out matey!

And yes! The world cup is almost upon us! Its gonna be phenomenal man, as always. Sometimes its better when scotland don't qualify, then instead of watching us get embarrassed at the highest level, we can just enjoy the football!

Yeah I totally understand what you mean about measuring bigger without necessarily feeling bigger. I initially thought I had gained because my cock felt heavier, but after awhile It didn't feel as heavy and I was unsure whether it was all in my head or not. My routine takes an hour consistently...but I do like to knock it out in one straight shot while I'm motivated rather than having to find motivation twice a day on top of all the other sh*t going on in my life.

It's kinda funny that you mention your mid shaft girth sticking out further then your glans...mine does that also! I've always wished I had a bigger glans, I feel like that is the one thing about my penis I'm pretty unsatisfied with. I've also read PESG's success story many times and really did like his approach. I'm planning on following the exact same routine until my gains completely stop. As far as my response to the omegas..I haven't personally noticed any gains whatsoever. I definitely feel like I need to incorporate L-arginine which seems to be benefiting a fair number of members on this site.

All in all, my penis feels much healthier and heavier these days. My EQ has been incredible which I still believe is responsible for my gains posted today. My flaccid has been kinda crazy lately. When I'm at my job and running around, my flaccid is fantastic, but sometimes when I'm just relaxing, it's not that great. Oh well...flaccid is an interesting beast most of the time anyway!

I'm gonna seriously consider incorporating those uli/v's when I'm through with my 90 day!

Honestly bro, even living in the U.S...I don't care too much about who wins the cup, I just enjoy a good series with well played games. Have you ever been to the states before? And thanks for following my progress dude, I appreciate the support!

Yeah man a big glans would be sweet! Sometimes i look down when i'm jelqing these days and think right... my heads lookin pretty fat today! And diesel aye been to the US man! Mid-90's with my bro and folks, New England. Absolutely beautiful place. We stayed in boston, ma and up in cape cod, provincetown. Went whale watching saw some finbacks and sh*t i won't forget it. Clapboard houses, flags outside, going fishing with an old guy called budd, chipmunks running around the garden, it was magic. I think we saw the good side of America and it was cool. My folks are going to maine in the summer.

Its weird i sometimes take photos on the camera-phone and think i look pretty big, but still associating myself with looking "big" is just a preposterous concept to me. I used to have dreams where i'd have a bigger dick, and think...if only haha!

(won't be taking the pics anymore, i crashed out drunk the other night and my mate got hold of my phone. It was carnage, he sent them pic msg to every female in my phonebook. My old boss got hit, my driving instructor got hit. Girls i'm trying to get into, and girls that i work with, all got hit with pics of my erect knob! Absolute catasrophe. Next driving lessons going to be awkward! Though in saying that, when i crawled out from under the covers, the response wasn't so bad, that may not have been the case pre-pe)

Hey Rocko! Oh totally man, glad you're lovin them too! Maybe i wasn't doing the standard v-jelq effectively, but since switching to kp's v/ulis i'm definintely getting good effects. Only need a few to feel like you've had a solid workout, and yeah seems to work the cc's and the head very well, combined with normal jelqs i reckon its a phenomenal workout.

Took a measurement at the start of the week, was bp 7.2 x 5, funny cos i'd thought if anything these last 2 weeks i'd maybe gained a 0.1 in girth and not really length, but turned out girth was still on 5 and length had gone up 0.1! Kp did say the v/ulis were length/girth, and i def think thats the case.

Liked the essays on TCM mate, very interesting stuff.

Just off to do my stretch routine. Had a furious morning wood raging again. :crazy:

So-so stretch routine. Generally good but started to get semi a couple of times. We're out of baby powder so need to get some more for tomorrows workout. 15min warm up, 1min o,l,r,u, pendulums, rotaries, A's, 30 sec 1/2 bundle x4. Will do my jelq routine tonight.

Supps, zinc, grean tea 750mg, l-arg 3g, o3 3g, multivit. Going to pharmacy for baby oil, baby powder, ginko biloba and ginseng, they'll think this guys got a mad friday night lined up haha

Missed last nights jelq session, and unfortunately this mornings stretch session too. Ended up pished. Good jelqing tonight though, 100 wet, 20 v-uli. Kegels through the day. Weekend off supp's. Good workout traps, abs, bi's, tri's, lats. It was 90F so felt the heat, total scorcher. Like summer was upon us don't know if its going to last. Its 5 olclock in the morning now, daylight and pleasantly warm.

Really look forward to my workouts these days. Wood most mornings. One thing i noticed is my mid Eg is probably the same now as base Eg, dick looks better than it ever has, especially semi and erect, but if this trend continues i will look into specific base-girth exercises, don't really want to get too top-heavy. Not a major concern at the moment though.

Jelqs later tonight. Beautiful day again. Abs, shoulders, chest, calfs today.

Jelqs tonight just the usual, 100 wet and 25 v/uli. Plonker was looking pretty fat, good workout. Ball massage. Light weight session, squats and traps. Supp's zinc, l-arg, green tea, o3.

Been pe'ing now three months, JP's routine for two months, with a couple of extras thrown in the last month or so. Too many missed workouts so far but overall extremely pleased that i'm on this road. Sometimes still can hardly believe i'm growing my knob. I was messing around on some mraverage.com dick measurement thing, and using Nbp it looks like i'm about 14% bigger by volume or something! That to me is pretty astonishing still, even though of course the initial disbelief in pe has gradually been replaced by a calm knowledge that of course this stuff works! And its only the beginning...

Haha its crazy! You should check it out just for a laugh Way, you type in your stats and it works it out. You must've put on some serious volume man, length gains and all, and it seems even a modest girth increase equals a big boost in volume.:)
