Did my jelqing routine earlier on today. Hit the weight bench for a bit and then had a hefty home-cooked meal. Back up seeing my mother :angel:, home comforts eh! Going to do my stretch routine just now, then kick back and watch tv. Saturday night and im having a quiet one- and it feels good!

Good stretch routine. Will stick with this cold rice-sock cool-down i reckon. Its snowing here but were getting some sunshine breaks so thought id try exposing my balls to some sunlight, as i've seen discussed. Was just getting into it when the sun went away, shite. Bpfsl 7.2 after stretches today.

Monday rest day. Think its going to be a 2 on, 1 off that i roll with. Was having a tug last night, couldn't resist an unofficial length measurement. Was 6.9 with a not-so-good EQ. Think come measuring time on april 1st i could well be hitting the magnificent 7. Magic!

Cheers chief! Yeah i'm on board with this sh*t 100% now man. I'm planning on continuing on my way, and hopefully sometime soon instead of "quite well" you'll be saying i'm doing "very well" hehe.

Split routine today, will do my jelq routine tonight.

Pretty low on funds the now, so cant really do all the supp's. So each day alternate between 25mg zinc, 500mg L-arg/ and 50mg zinc,1000mg L-arg. And a multivitamin per day.

Bpfsl 7.3

Was out of action for a few days over Easter. Meant to take measurements on the 1st, just taken them now. The results:

Bpel: 7'
Meg: 4.9'
Bpfsl: 7.4'

Yee-haa, 7bpel. Measured several times, just to make sure. This is sensational, bearing down fast on my initial goal, 7x5. Suppose the next target will be a 7Nbpel, x 5.25. This maybe wont come as quick, but i'm up for the job. If someone told me 3 months ago i'd even be contemplating a 7 inch member i'd have laughed. Another debt of gratitude to pegym.:peace:

One thing i have noticed is my bpfsl measurement has steadily risen, and i've yet to see it going down. Taking this as a good p.i., hopefully showing im exercising properly and not overdoing it.

Easter is a time of new beginnings, and if i can just get some more consistency in my game, the skys the limit.

Good routine today. 20 min stretches, 200 jelqs. 30-50 jai's after pissing. Like jai's.

Note to self: concentrate on the EQ.

8/4/2010: Hefty workout jelq-wise, 250 wet, 100 V. Usual stretch routine. (500x200, from now on just gonna count 2 hands as 1, so 250x100)

9/4/2010: 150 j's, usual stretch. Bpfsl 7.45

Thinking of posting a thread on how i've managed to gain length and girth but not EQ. I'll leave it for now, i just don't have the knowhow. I gather most newbie gains are mainly EQ, but my EQ is frankly appalling. All these fckng measurements are with a dick that just aint hard.

Plus, my routine is so wayward and inconsistent, i'm beginning to think a 1 on 1 off might work out. Fk knows. I'm like a 'Lazy Bastards Guide to PE', i'm gaining, but should be gaining so much more. I think.

Had a good look through AK's book again, think at the end of the month i'm going to phase-in some uli's.

Today; good stretch routine. Usual JP set-up, with V's. Bpfsl has gone up again, 7.5'. :brick:

Cheers mael! Glad you found my log i was gonna start a new one, think its about time i got myself organised. This log kind of fell by the wayside, i don't think i was ever gonna be totally consistent till i knew for a fact this pe lark was definitely going to work for me.

You're doing great things mael, some very impressive gains since you started man. Keep it up! :director::training1:

Routines not been as consistent as they could've been of late. Generally works out at about 4 workouts per week. The last week its been jelq only. I thought it was finally time to address the EQ issue properly. So have been laying off the stretches, doing my supplements and watching the EQ.

Getting morning wood pretty much every day now, which is a total riot, hadn't had that in years.

Supps are: Green tea caps, L-arg, O3 fish oil, zinc, multivit. Still fooling around with the dosages. Instant EQ boost when i started the supps, wood etc. Still awaiting a random daytime boner though.

Current routine is: 15min warmup
100 wet jelqs
25 uli/v-jelqs
Cooldown

The v/ulis are tremendous. Been doing them a coupla weeks and what they've done is make my dick more symmetrical. When i first started the left side of my dong was "girthier" than the right, but thats evened up now, and my dong after a workout these days looks meaty.

Took a cheeky measurement recently, 7.1bp. Nice. I think i'm very much still in the newbie gains department, so won't be changing up the routine much for now. 5eg. 7.6 bpfsl.

Decided today since my eq was looking a lot better i would start stretching again. Time constraints have been a problem, so my routine is always in 2 parts. Got it pretty much tuned so including the warm-up the routines are just about half an hour. Took an official measurement tonight, Bpel 7.2' x 5 Eg. Won't measure now till mid-june.

Like i said the v/ulis seem to be making my dick appear fatter, which is nice. I think before this my girth was coming from the CS, but now i'm working the CC's good too, my dick looks wider from looking down. :thumb:

Supps: cycle off day.

15 min warm-up
1 min stretch o,l,r,u
Downward pendulums
Rotaries, A's
30sec bundled stretch x2

150 kegels

Unfortunately didn't get the jelqing in, some sh*t came up i had to attend to. :(

Truth be told i don't have many life responsibilities right now, unlike a lot of you guys, so if i manage my time better should be fine. I like the Jai's too.I do 100 of them during my routine.While holding the stretch i do 3 quick kegels.
