Im done counting jelqs. I am at the point now where i ca do my routine based on how it feels and stop when i should. From now on i will base my routine on time. It will consist of jelqs, squeezes, and edging.
40 minutes jelqs/squeezes
35 minutes edging
Today i modified my jelqs. I will call it a Half Jelq Uli. Basically i jelq halfway up the shaft with one hand, when i get halfway i start another jelq at the base and when i get to my first hand they follow each other to the top. I find this WAY more effective than a normal jelq. One rep takes about 10 seconds.
