Hey there GTO. I recently found an old pump that I have and used it after my bathmate session. For the first time I used lube and man the thing worked great! You mentioned in your above post that a regular pump and a Bathmate tackle different needs and I was wondering if you could elaborate on this as I found the regular pump much more easy to use.

Also when using a regular pump is it better to NOT touch the sides? The one I have is pretty thin and I think I could get more expansion with the next size tube but I have read somewhere that maybe its better to "pack" the tube before moving up?

I'll answer the second set of questions first. Touching the sides, or "packing," is a good sign. It shows the expansion is taking place and that you need to go up a cylinder size. I recommend to continue a while with the smaller size to help set the gains. Once you are able to pack the tube fairly quickly in your pump session (within the first few minutes) then it's time to move to the next size. I graduate to the next cylinder when I'm pressed against the sides as soon as I'm sliding into the tube.

As far as how the Bathmate tackes different needs than the regular pump, personally it's just a metter of preference. I agree that the regular is a bit easier to use due to the different ways it can be used. As I stated earlier, when I need to get in a session and pressed for time, particularly in the morning, the BM is great since it allows me to shower and get ready. I don't take it off until the last minute and I get a good pump from it. But when I want to do an extended session, with pulsing, milking and different stretches, the BM can't handle that kind of work without a lot of effort.

I am in the process of writing an article on this very topic so I hope to really go into more detail with it and share my experiences on the pros and cons of each.

Morning Session - 8/30

Notes: While the twice a day Bathmate sessions have been going well, I felt the need to get in a more standard routine this morning. I really miss hanging but with my schedule these days, I just can't maintain a proper pace; hopefully that will change soon. Anyway, this morning's session was great - the jelqs felt great and I got a really good pump from the VT.

Been about a month since my last log entry so I figured I'd come in and share my PE exploits. While I may not have been maintaing my log, I've certainly been working on my log ;) - twice a day, every day, with no breaks for the last month. It's been great and the results have been excellent.

My routine consists of two (what I now consider) basic routines and I'll do one or the other depending on my time availability. The first consists of a BathMate only routine where I do a standard 15 minute set, jelq for a few minutes, then pump up to max pressure and hold for the final five minutes. I'll run the same routine in the evening session. The next routine consists of standard heat-pad warmup, 5 minutes jelqing (with Jelq Device), then alternating (VacuTech) pump/jelq for the next 15 minutes. I'll pulse pump for 3 to 5 minutes (spiking max pressure at 7 Hg, then pulse drop it to @ 4 Hg) then conduct "vigorous" jelqing with the device for a minute or two. Again, I'll run this for about 15 minutes, then finish off with the BathMate for 5 minutes. This repeats for the evening session.

Whichever one I do in the morning, I follow the same for evening. Occasionally, I'll get some time to pump with the LJ, usually only for an hour or so. This has been a consistent routine and I've experienced noticeable girth gains and some modest gains in length (@ 1/4" for both). Biggest gains have been flaccid size - not so much in length/girth, but in weight/mass. My cock hangs much heavier and it results in a fuller flaccid hang throughout the day.

I plan on making a Captain's Wench in the next day or two and incorporate some ADS in my routine for next month. I want to get back into hanging but my erratic schedule won't allow much of that. But I'll keep pluggin away and see what happens. :)

Notes: I didn't post my session last night but I strapped on the LJ for about two hours and it was great. Excellent expansion and I felt that tell-tell tingle I get when the skin begins to really stretch, indicating growth. This morning was a bit more of the same; as soon as I pumped to level, I could feel a bit more of the tingling. Unfortunately I wasn't able to ride it for any long length of time, but at least it's there - and felt great!

Notes: I've been able to get in some really good pump time with the LongJohnny the last few days and it's been great. Did 1.5 hours yesterday and another 1.5 hrs today. Standard set-n-go for first hour then pulsed at 5 Hg/1Hg at 5-10 minute intervals for the last 30 min.

Yes - the LongJohnny is a two-stage cylinder the pumps the entire package (cock and balls). I've been pumping with this particular cylinder for close to a year now. It's great!! As far as pressure, it's just like penis pumping but at much lower pressure.

Give it a try - if you like standard penis pumping, you'll enjoy ball pumping too - just don't get carried away!!

Notes: The last few days have been the same routine - at leadt two hours with LJ during evening session and one hour in the mornings (with occasional work with the jelq device). I had abandoned working with my Captain's Wench for a while due to schedule andvthe fact that I wouldn't be able to hang consistently, but I think I'll be able to start again next week. I will cut the evening session pumping down to allow time for hanging sets.

Morning Session - 11/22

Notes: It's been steady as she goes with the routine the last week or so. Today I wanted to shake things up a bit so I went back to one of my old routines consisting of lots of manual work. I came across a post from G4 on the DLD Compact Blasters and thought I'd give them a whirl. After I cleaned off the lube, I went to work ... and wow - they feel great but I could only do about three of them for fear of overtraining. They are pretty intense and not for the faint of heart. The kegeling action feels very weird and makes your cock want to uncirk itself. The trick is the base grip; it took a few moments to get that right. I like them. I tried some tunica tugs afterwards and could only get a couple in. I had to use lots of heat during the session so I was constantly wrapping up in the heat pad during breaks.

My pumping for this session consisted of the BathMate and was used primarily as the Bathmate. I used very warm water and only pumped just enough to get suction. I didn't increase pressure but just let it sit for about 10 min.
