Thanks to you guys that have posted your journals and workout logs here. I have picked up several good techniques that I am integrating into my own sessions. I started about a month ago and have kept my own log. I am transferring everything over here and will maintain my log here going forward. I like the idea of individual messages for each day so that's how I will shape this log. Please feel free to comment and add suggestions where you see me going wrong, or things I am doing well and could do better!
