Small exercise done for today. I got it done faster so my arms are definitely a little tired.

Today's workout done. My arms felt like noodles after the bench presses so I decided to skip the push ups.

Gonna take me a week off, from both my exercises and PE, then start next Monday at a higher weight.

So I just found out that my barbell weight was 84 pounds rather than 74. Starting next week I'll be at 94 pounds.

First workout of the new year done. I noticed that the curls were definitely the hardest to accomplish, but I bet I get used to it too.

Thanks, I'm slowly moving up and it feels like I am getting stronger, and possibly thinner.

Almost didn't do today's workout, but I was bored enough so I did it anyways. Curls are still the hardest part of it, definitely going to have to decide what to do about that at some point.

Are you looking better? Feeling better? How's the progress?

Can't say for certain if I'm looking better, still feels like I'm at around the same weight. Feeling better has been up and down, mostly because of my lack of medication. Hard to know how much I'm progressing as I haven't weighed myself this month, but will do so next month.
