Another workout done. I think I am going to cut the bench presses down as I have finally gotten used to them again, this way I can put everything on the same track.

Pushups: Remember to go slow. Two seconds down, pause, two seconds up. Push from the arm pits! Keep up it man.

I could do that. I'll have to reweigh myself though, it was weird how I was either 3 pounds lighter or 3 pounds heavier.

Today's workout done and it definitely kicked my ass a little bit. The squats are becoming a slight problem as the barbell I am using likes to roll and lifting off my shoulders is a small pain in the butt, but I bet I get used to it.

Another workout done today. Decided to put the curls and squats done a set from the bench presses. The curls are still making me wrists feel a little awkward. I increased the weight of the crunches.

Small exercise today combined with shoveling of snow. I have been noticing some slight wheezing while doing some of the exercises lately, but I don't think it's anything to be worried about. I need to do the lunges better as well, I am putting a little too much effort into them I think.
