@The Snitch, yeah, true on all accords I suppose. Everyone starts off at different levels though. It is expensive, but so is eating out, and buying useless crap you don't need.

I know it may not be much, but when I took a 4 mile bike ride for some errands I wasn't winded at all, warm, but that will be because I had to t-shirts on, and this was after work as well. My legs didn't care at all during it, which is normally when my legs start to go "hey let's take a break". Guess I have gotten a little stronger without noticing it.
I suggest notice how loose your shirt and jeans are getting

it's better then counting the pounds.

So before anyone saw anything and since I edited my post I will post it again.

The scale works and it says I weigh 321 lbs. 50 lbs. more than I thought I weighed and I am now twice as far from my goal of 220 lbs. than I was before. I know I have lost weight the last 4 weeks, but to still be this far, it is rather shocking and I have to wonder if I can ever get down there.

I don't even look like I weigh 321 lbs. I look like I weigh 50 lbs. less and it has felt that way to me for the longest time, but today that was basically all I could think about and it felt like everything was showing me that I am a complete fat ass.

Yup you are a fat ass but the good thing is you're doing something about it. My friend Ritchie was a bit over 500 lbs when he started. It took time but he had such a great gift. Weekly he got on that scale and was a bit lighter. The joy apparent on his face as he saw even the smallest improvement was just great to see. You have that same power so use it.

7 miles of biking to check out Free Comic Book Day and the local YMCA. Definitely expensive, but I will keep looking around for something to help me along.

Well biking isn't going to happen for a while, my bike got stolen in front of where I work, just goes to figure. So now I have to wait to afford another one.

It wasn't great, but I had $50 of safety lights and a new seat I bought last year on top of it and i intended to give it to my youngest brother when I got a new one. Basically I have to spend the money on a bike sooner than I wanted rather than waiting until after I got my computer.

Walking doesn't prepare you, as well, for biking 90 miles and it is plenty slower than biking for transportation.

Okay biking is possible again, cops found my bike, it was in a "mentally unstable" person's house that they got a call to go to for a completely different reason. That is a load of my shoulders and a load onto my legs.

No biking today, but I did 50 barbell presses at 50lbs., 2 sets of 10 barbell squats at with 50 lbs., 50 crunches, not to mention the 6 hours of lifting, moving, and walking around.

Biked 10.2 miles in 45 minutes (definitely my best record, especially right off the bat), 3 sets of barbell bench presses 15/15/20 at 50 lbs., 20 barbell squats at 50 lbs., and 50 crunches. All this in 1 hr and 30 min. I sort of feel like passing out a little, but that will pass.
