hmm I think I will try that on my next PE workout!! About how long should you visualize and meditate??

i do it about 3 minutes just cause its hard to maintain that amount of focus so long. after awhile youll be able to do longer sessions but 3-5 min is good to start off at

had a great workout tonight!!! the guy is hanging super low now. meditation session was good im feeling really relaxed. probably going to meditate again before i go to sleep. i gotta do my physical workout routine friday and tomorrow will be my last PE session before my break. im still going to do the meditation and visualization exercises.

On the 84th day

Im going to be doing my exercises later on right before work. Wanted to post that the hang is still good and going to change up my log layout and this post will be the layout i will adhere to for better observation

Exercises:
3 min meditation
10 min warm up
1 min stretches L,D,R,U,O
100 jelqs
60 vjleqs
3x30 (sec) Horse squeezes
3x20(sec) Erect squeezes
10 min warm down
1 mintue massage
5 min meditation
Positive PI's: Great hang afterwards, super large veins, no fatigue,
Negative PI's: None
Meditation length: 8 min overall
Effects of Meditation: larger penis before contact, great blood flow, super loose
Gains so far: BPEL 6.5 +.5" EG 5.5" +.75
Starting stats: BPEL 6" EG 4.75"
Date of most recent gains: March 4, 2011
Closing statement: Had a good workout i believe i can push the guy harder. since i didn't do my edging this time im up my v jelqs to 100 and add the edging!

On the 87th day

I took two days off since me and the chica were hagning out and i gotta good workout from that but anywho bout to do my routine and will be doing so for the net three days and measuring on thursday which is my off day.
Exercises:
3 minute meditation
10 min warm up
L,D,R,U,O stretches 1 minute each way
100 jelqs
60 v jelqs
3 20 sec horse squeezes
3 30sec erect squeezes
10min edging :(
5 min warm down
10 min meditaion

Positive PI's: good hang, no signs of fatigue, great vascularity
Negative PI's: small twinge in my left nut before edging
Meditation length: 13 mins all together
Effects of Meditation: before workout had great plumpness. grew a good bit from what it was
Gains so far: BPEL 6.5 +.5" EG 5.5" +.75
Starting stats: BPEL 6" EG 4.75"
Date of most recent gains: March 4, 2011
Closing statement:
well everything was good. except the edging... pissed me off i got 10 minutes in a blew it. it snuck up on me fast i tried my hardest and held it back for a good 2 minutes with a constant super hard kegel but to no avail. and danner btw thanks for the rep points!!!

didnt measure yet i got two more days till measuring. i still gotta do my PE for the night just decided to to the whole copy paste thing above. I can measure before i start tonight just to see if anything has changed i doubt two days will cause any gains to go unmeasured.

i just measured and well im not really considering this a very good gain. ive gained .125" on length so now im 6.675" bpel and EG of a measly 5" im pissed it might be from my being sickish. god i hate workin with so many people I've never been sick this much. hopefully the .5" will time back it just pisses me off royally that I'm thinner right now.

Losing .5 randomly has to be from the sickness. I'm sure it will come back. If it makes you feel any better your measly measurement beats mine haha

Sucks dude. I'm sure the .5" is from the Sickness, it'll come back, you just gotta get yourself well. When I was sick, I did 3-5 minutes of routine. if that. It was really forced, hard to get an erection when you're not feeling that great...

Try this out. Hit GNC, grab their Echinacea blend and pop a few of those tablets every day. They're kind of expensive, but holy crap. When i get sick I get SIIIIICK. Last time I got sick I was down for about 5 weeks. I caught a nasty little cold recently, and guzzled orange juice, and popped Echinacea, Golden Seal, Bilberry and Cod Liver Oil tablets, and in 5 daysI had kicked the illness almost completely!

well it just sucks when ya drop .5" thats the only reason why i called it measely. its just discouraging is all.

Hey engleangle don't be discourage because of the small gains. Look on the bright side over time the gains will turn into big gains.

SO what was your BPEL AND EG before your new measurement?? Good luck on more gains to come!!

well before my measurements i was BPEL 6.5" EG 5.5" now im sitting at BPEL 6.675" +.125" EG 5" -.5"

Hey everyone sorry it took me so long to get back on. my phones been acting up and that usually how i get on here so often. anywho i believe my girth is back to normal and the meditation is doing good just havent been working the guy out. but now that he is good to go ima be working out tonight!!!

Good workout found something interesting by recalling my old logs and the new ones. old ones where i gained girth new ones where i gained length.

Exercises:
10 min warm up
3x 30 sec L,D,R,U,O stretches (high intensity)
50jelqs (High Intensity high erect %)
30 vjleqs
3x20(sec) Erect squeezes
10 min warm down
1 mintue massage

Positive PI's: good hang could be better, super fat, nice and plump
Negative PI's: None
Meditation length: none
Effects of Meditation: none (not enough time to do it)
Gains so far: BPEL 6.5 +.5" EG 5.5" +.75
Starting stats: BPEL 6" EG 4.75"
Date of most recent gains: March 4, 2011
Closing statement: Good short workout i believe i found the secrets to my girth gaining. well it seems that for me high intesnsity working ( high force on streches, clamping down harder at higher erect % during jelqing, Shorter periods of time)
It seems that i gained more length when my workouts were longer and less intense. my girth gains are made at high intensity. so now i think since i have what my penis responds to if i want length gains ill gain quicker doing super long low intensity workouts and for girth ill ramp up the intensity level and shorten the workout time period. ima keep doing the length exercises but i just wanted to see the effect my penis had on the "girth workout" and it is def. thicker after the workout.

See it pays to have detailed logs congrats on your gains and getting back your .5'' EG or is it more you got back?? I have been sick for 3 days now I keep doing my routine even when I don't feel like it. Gotta suck it up !! Keep on trucking!!
