just did some stretching today since I've been having bad eq lately anywho hopefully everything gets much better

my first workout from being sick wasn't much. I'm much weaker right now so i can't do as much. did maybe 3/4 of the jp90 with extra stretching and some edging at the end. i lasted a decent amount of time but all i can do is improve. going to measure friday doubt ill gain anything becside of my down time. but i got a new picture showing how engorged edging made me.

did a full workout with ulis horse squeezes and a 30min edgin session and im still hanging low. im back!!!! haha thankfully im getting outta my sick weakness crap. i decided to measure my size while edgin fod shits and giggles no change in length but girth was approachin the 5.75-6" mark

haha hey now my girth isnt 5.75-6 unless im towards the end of my edgin. i think i might have lost some length from my sickness. cause i just got the gains right before i got sick :(

yep feeling better ive been taking it a little easy since im building myself back up but today is my full workout day. weight training and PE.

hey everyone i just got done doing my most intense workout yet. i just did a full hour of PE!! 10mins warm up,5 mins of stretching, 20 mins of jelqing , 2 mins of ulis and horse squeezes, 15 mins of egdeing, and 8mins so of warm down. so far i have great hang. i was trying to do 20 mins of edging but i couldnt quite hold it off. ive been doing the reverse kegel slightly before the PONR then kegel hard to hold it in. but im starting to feel the spasm happen and im able to hold off a lot longer now.

hey everyone i havsnt posted here much simce i havent had much PE time. anywho ive been doing stretches and jelqs to tide me over. tonight i just did the jp90 no edging ulis or hourse squeezes. having great plump hang. my veins are still as prominent as ever thankfully. hopefully get measurements tomorrow. i doubt I've gained anything. i need to change my routine since i think the tissue is getting used to the same stuff. I'm figuring this since I've started the modified jp90 I've been doing the same workout routine and I'm slowing down on muscle growth and almost plateauing. i figure i need two or three routines to switch out ever two-three weeks. gotta do some thinking and experimenting. might use somebodyelses routine and maybe another one to keep things fresh.

ok well i just measured and couldnt get 100% EQ i was probably at 85% or so but im sitting at 6.5" BPEL and it was reading 5.25" EG but i think that had to do with the EQ. If not i went up in length and down in girth. so basically negated the gains? anywho ill keep stretching and doing what im doing and add some heavy girth gainers in there!

hold off on updating your routine. I'd wait til you can "afford" another erection at 100% so that you can get an accurate reading. :)
