This wasn't a scientific study. It was a poll where they asked women if they "felt" like they had one. They did not do any anatomical research to prove that it does not exist.

G-spot or not, my girlfriend definitely orgasms with the finger 1-2 inches in and to the front. She has to be pretty aroused beforehand. And no, it does not necessarily mean squirting.

Not all women can "squirt". I'm pretty sure all women have a G-Spot though. Its just a matter of whether or not they've been enlightened to it.

So Narc and Burt ,if they did a study that concluded you guys don't have dicks, would you believe it? Hey I can't see your dicks and for that matter don't want to, does that mean they don't exist.
Once I experience something ,eg a woman having a g spot, no fool educated or otherwise is going to tell me different.

Many things in science change time and again, as I said before, view it as a process not the word of god.

G-spots may be hard to find, which is probably why many people don't think they are real. In my case, I was never sure if I had one or not until my partner and I made a really focused search for mine. The G-spot is not (for me, at least) a button that you can push. Rather, it is an area that when stroked gives me a deeper, different form of arousal. It does not have well-defined edges, but he can tell when he's there from my responses, also I believe that the texture is different (and grows more different as I get more excited). Usually it takes some clitoral stimulation in addition to G-spot attention to make me cum, but orgasms when he's been stroking my G-spot are almost always deeper and more powerful than I get from other activities (like oral or finger play without attention to my G-spot).

I believe in the G.
From my experience: After some nice warm up and maybe a little oral stimulation, lay her on her back with your hand on her mound. Then slide your and down and slip two fingers into her pussy (gently, gentlemen!) Work them in and out slowly and let your palm stimulate her clit. When she is wet and ready, curl your fingers and stroke gently. If you are lucky, you will feel a rough patch the size of a quarter or a half dollar. It feels hard and the more you stroke it the harder, rougher, and smaller it gets. Do this for a while and then when everyone is ready, switch to something with direct clitorial stimulation. When she cums, it is a doozy!

I have a question for the ladies:

My girlfriend is very unexperienced sexually (so am I since we lost our virginity to each other, but I'm pretty more curious and have acquired much more information about the subject than her) and we have done it for the first time 1 year and half ago. Our sexual life if good but not that active; in an average, maybe 4 times a month. This because we don't have much time (we both have work and school) and privacy and also because she is not the most sexual girl around. However, I look forward to give her an orgasm through G-spot stimulation and she likes a lot when I stimulates it (I really notice in her that it must feel good), BUT when I she feels she's getting closer she makes me stop because of a will to pee. I've been searching around the web and I've noticed that is pretty comun and it antecipates the orgasm but I really can't convince her to relax and let that sensation pass... I've said her to practice alone and that that is completely normal but she still has afraid of peeing all over my bed...

Any tips? Have you experienced that? I know that it would be a giant step to the quality of our sexual life if she gets control of her G-spot but this situation lasts for almost a year...

Cheers!

Sorry dude, but as stated before that article is so BS! Whoever these so-called researchers are they've probably never even seen a vagina. My girlfriend, like all women, has a G-spot and there is nothing mysterious about it. It's a part of the female anatomy just like the clitoris. Not too long ago the clitoris was also "a figment of women's imagination, encouraged by magazines and sex therapists". Intresting way of putting it indeed, if that was true then growing a penis on your forehead would also be possible if magazines and therapists made us believe it.

Anyway, you can feel the G-spot only if your girlfriend is very aroused. There's like a lump there. I usually combine G-spot stimulation with oral sex, it works wonders! When she met me she didn't even know about the spot, now after some practice she insists that I stimulate her at that very spot... so in other words it must be doing something for her, and guess what that means......

Most certainly real

Most certainly real

I don't recall ever having trouble finding the G-Spot ever. Some may have trouble locating it due the variances in shape per woman but, most aren't hard to find if. you know what to look for. Most cases is within 2 inches in range and up just behind her pubic bone. Depending on her shape, most males would have difficulty stimulating it with their penis. On penetration the pubic bone would guide you passed it. I guess that depends on penile curvature as well.

Batwoman's man is right in that the texture is way different than the rest of her vagina. It's kinda hard to describe. The last lover I had claimed no one had ever found hers and, that one man told her that it wasn't in the right place. Needless to say that she needed to take a break after the orgasm she recieved. Stimulate her G-spot while performing oral on her clitoris and, you've got a very happy woman.

I know that "need to pee" feeling -- it comes from the fact that some of the nerves that are involved are right next to the bladder. But that feeling does NOT indicate that she is going to pee if you keep rubbing her G-spot or she cums. For me, the feeling (if I get it) goes away as I get closer to orgasm.

My advice is to talk to your girl, and suggest that she pee before you start anything. If she comes to bed with the confidence that her bladder is completely empty, then maybe you can get her past that "need to pee" feeling so you can both enjoy some really big G-spot orgasms.

I had that issue with my ex. She thought she pissed in my face. Eventually she realized that it was her cumming hard, not peeing. She started going pee before sex and oral and such just so nothing else ever came out.

Batwoman's advice is solid. Whatever she needs to relax and build her confidence.
Keep playing and have fun with it!

I tried to find the whole article using my university database but no luck. I have to search more. I am sure I can find it somewhere.

As a uni master student, I am interested in how the study was conducted. In the famous Italian study where they had 20 females participating the study, 'ultrasound was used to scan the vaginal walls of the women, and an area of tissue was found to be thicker on the front side, between the vagina and the urethra, in those who had had the vaginal orgasms, which occur without stimulation of the clitoris' (Smith 2008). So there clearly is something there. I found this study but I didn't have access to that specific database so I couldn't read it.

But the new study that we are all talking about, I wonder what is their method. They don't talk about ultrasound. Maybe it relies on women's personal experience. On that BBC website sexologist Whipple said that 'the researchers had discounted the experiences of lesbian or bisexual women and failed to consider the effects of having different sexual partners with different love-making techniques' (BBC 2010).

So is this like the 'scientific studies' where they tell guys 'hey take this ruler, go home, measure your dick alone in your room and come back tomorrow with the results.' Just wondering if this was done the same way...

It seems that for many women, the G-spot is not in the same spot. Vaginas and their parts vary from woman to woman like penises do. It's not like finding a house on a map. Actually, the area that the G-spot is close to is part of the inner clitoris. When she gets aroused, girth does a better job.

Or rather than searching for the G-spot, search for where the pleasure is at. Ask her how she wants you to pleasure her and ask her what area feels the most pleasurable/stimulating. Then focus your efforts on that spot.

Get her relaxed and horny. Make sure no one feels any pressure and have fun with it. Remember kids: the hunt is half the fun!
The spot comes and goes and, as Cubah pointed ou, it does not show up on the map. Make the search part of your foreplay. When you go down on her, slip two fingers in and pet her from the inside while your mouth is working on her clit. If you find it, great, if not, then move onto something else whenever you feel like it and then look again later.
The G is great fun but don't stress about it or make her stress about it or make a chore out of it.

This is good advice. For me, the effects of G-spot stimulation are subtle at first. If I had someone saying "Is this it? How about here? Now do I have it?" and generally distracting me from relaxing and enjoying the sensations, well, I am not sure we would have ever found my G. It took a while before I realized that when he did certain things a certain way for long enough, then the sensations changed in what eventually added up to a dramatic way. This is one of those things that takes patience and time, not to be rushed or made into a stressful "we must find it" sort of thing!

Exactly. Just like for the male prostate, for most women the G-spot isn't obvious or doesn't like direct stimulation until the woman is very aroused. If you go hunting for it right away, stabbing around the inside top of her vagina with your fingers, you may just turn her off. Holistic vulval and vaginal massage with clitoral stimulation should lead you eventually to adding stimulation of the G-spot as she is in the plateau and approaches orgasm. It's a journey of pleasure for her, not a destination for you.

VERY important observations here -- OlderGuy is absolutely right. Timing is important with the G, stimulation doesn't necessarily feel good until I'm already quite aroused. No need to be close to orgasm -- but I do need to be really wet and really ready!

My girl is usually drippin honey before we even get to taken clothes off ; ) but it's usually better to work into slowly and build up anticipation.
