Well my BPFSL is around 0.2 cm more than BPEL while my EQ is a 8 or so. So thats a mix of tunica and smooth muscle :becky:
I have just about started PE a week or so ago and based on this Theory I dont have smooth muscle gains, only tunica gains wow.
Correct me if im wrong.

BPFSL is around 1 inch greater than my BPEL. However my girth is 6.5 inches. Does this still mean I should be focusing primarily on girth exercises to target the smooth muscle?

How is your EQ?

Hi JP, quick question about thrombosing a vein during 2 handed squeezes. A bit of blood came out after my session of 10 squeezes. I has stopped for about a month. Wondering, where is rhe correct place to place the hands on please? Thanks in advance

JP passed some time ago.

Grip deep into the base and right behind the glans. That being said, you should never be squeezing so hard you get blood to come out! You need to reconfigure your intensity levels!

If you have a thrombosed vein you should allow it to fully heal before resuming any training.

My BPFSL is about .5" less than my BPEL but my EQ is a 6 or a 7. I think my EQ comes from a combination of psychology, poor posture, poor circulation, diet, and stress. I'm working on fixing all of this. I do have rock hard morning wood sometimes, but yeah.

So I'm not sure if it's my smooth muscle or tunica based on this theory!

This is a great thread. My BPFSL and BPEL are almost the same at 7.0 +/- 0.25”. If anything, my BPFSL is slightly longer most times. I also have EQ of 8-10 depending on the day, which has gotten better through PE and use of supplements like L-Carnitine, L-Arginine, and L-Citrulline. But my ligaments and tunica are tight, so stretching my suspensory lig or tunica have not been very successful. However, I have not tried hanging or extenders due to home and work privacy issues. I do all kinds of stretches, bundled stretches, bundled BTC/fowfers, bed fowfers. I have also focused on girth and do RJs, VJs, Ulis, compressors, and squeeze jelqs. Guess I will have to rededicate myself to tunica work and see if I can get length.

i understood TGC theory but how the measurements of BPFSL & BPEL could apply for left curved penis. my NBPEL( straight)= 13cm and NBPEL (around curve)= 15cm.
i also read that around curve is little more than your length when your dick would become straight. if i consider straight one bpfsl is definetly more than erect one and if consider around curve bpfsl is definetly less than erect one. so how can i measure BPEL for comparison with BPFSL?

Hello, sorry to bump a month old thread but i find this theory interesting.

Mainly, seems to reflect my case. Currently focusing on length with hanging being the main exrcise and also some pumping.

Measurements are as follows
BPFSL 8.75 inch
FSL 8.25 inch

NBPEL 7 inch
BPEL 7.5 inch
EG 4.75 inch 😠

EQ (very rare morning wood) is like 6.5 at best, i feel like i cant grow into the tissue.

My question is, as i have ED and very low libido, dont get erections normally and having read that getting frequent erections is important for smooth muscle function which is seemingly my limiting factor, does an erection obtained by pumping also count as an exercise for a smooth muscle?

I actually bought a pump before starting PE mainly because I was worried sth would atrophy permanently due to not getting erections at all and pumping was a way to artifivially induce erections and keep the blood flowing.

Does the smooth muscle also relax while under vacuum like in a normal erection or is the mechanism of vacuum induced erection different, ie. blood is simpoy forced in?

Also, another question. Can the smooth muscle actually atrophy from years of disuse?
I mean if it can atrophy then it can obviously also hypertrophy, through targeted exercises.

An inch and 1/2 deeper than before
Just giving an old thread a bump, if you are new to PE or have not yet read this thread yet I highly recommend you do so.

Your welcome

I just read this post for the first time after almost half a year of PE and I have to say that I regret not reading it earlier. Not only does it makes a lot of sense, but it can also answer a big question I had about my clamping sessions.

I know this thread is pretty old but I have a question, if my bpel is 7-1/8 to 7-1/4 and I’m roughly around 7.5 + 1/16 or so , is my limiting factor my smooth muscle? Is it possible to get my bpel = to my bpsfl by increasing/training smooth muscle? Been extending for 2 months and have barely seen anything in gains and wondering if I’m focusing on the wrong way of gaining. How would one focus on improving smooth muscle for length gains?

Hey guys, I've seen this theory referenced many times, but first time actually reading it, and sounds quite interesting.

Do most people subscribe to this theory? Does it seem to hold weight in a practical sense?
