Flaccid gain

I know flaccid gains come with erect gains, so obviously PE grows flaccid size naturally, but is there a specific way to target just flaccid gain?

Just improving EQ alone as well as light bouts of stretches, jelqs, and/or pumping can do this.

Getting leaner will also do this.

Hanging compression and vacuum hanging both increase flaccid size, I think. I've seemed to have the best increase on the ruler from heat, hanging straight down, compression and vacuum combined.

Something I've learned from bib is a applying Vaseline on dick daily, causes it to not turtle as much, which is important ime

How does petroleum jelly keep a dick from turtling? I have never heard this.
