OK so I'm 5 '7 ,165lbs and approximately 11%body fat so i have faded abs but i have a photo shoot september 12th so that gives me 21days to lose 10lbs of fat and I want to keep you updated on it to show that if I can do it for my last 10lbs witch is the hardest , most of you can loose fat just as fast .... I will post what I eat each day.

the supliments i will be using are :

a multivitamin - good for over all health

green tea caps - various reasons (mostly to help take off the fat)

CLA - helps take off fat

HMB - helps protect muscle

createin - i have been on it for 10 days already and stopping in 14 days so the watter comes off and it is used to help protect the muscle

protein - helps with the repair of muscle

my schedule for today was:

1pm wake up eat 3 egg whites and 1 full egg and an apple

3pm eat a flax seed bagel

4pm - train bicep's

6pm - (isolate)protein shake

7pm - 2 chicken breasts

9pm - can of tuna ( just finished and posted this)

11pm - I will probably have tuna again

2am - bole of fruit

3 or 4 am -(casine) protein shake then bed

Bodyfat % can not be measured accurately on a live subject. The tests they do are basically bull.
That said, if you feel you are not lean enough, I wish you luck toneing up.

Right now i have faded abs (like i can see them perfect in a mirror) and alil bit of chub below my bellybutton (just to give u guys an idea of where im at )


....So im assuming 10lbs

You will do well. I need to lose ten pounds as well but it comes down to over eating and thats what stops me. I have never heard of CLA what is that? My body fat, I can never get a consistent measurement from my scales they are always changing.

I gave up on that six pack years ago. Not that it's impossible for me to achieve one BUT, at nearly 40 years old, my odds are rapidly diminishing that I'd ever achieve one. I'd have to cut out EVERYTHING in my diet and quite frankly, I do want to live a little. But, if you can do it Shane, more power to you.

thanks nikki ... hopefully it works out , but if I can do it anyone can so hopefully someone reading this will try to follow in my foot steps and get there diet in check and get the body they want.

btw im not doing any cardio at all other to warm up because I think im burning enough calories lifting weights and I dont want my body to use protein as energy.

Well man you said how damn good looking this girl is so go and eat you a nice furr burger instead. You wont gain any weight and your dick will love it and probably want seconds.

I don't believe that I have heard of CLA either. When I want to reduce what I eat I size down by using a salad plate vs a dinner plate. Works well and for whatever my mind thinks I am eating the same amount. Good luck in the last ten...tha can be hard,

thanks for the support . sorry i cant explain CLA very well , theres lots of info on it on the web tho.

hears what i ate yesterday:

2Pm : wake up eat 3 egg whites , and a bole of blue berrys

4pm : apple and a slice of hole wheat toast

5pm : work out back

5 30pm: protein

6pm : 2 chicken brests and a begal

8pm : fish

10pm : tuna

12am: another bole of fruit

2am: toast

4am: casine protein

I am on the last ten too. Except your sticking to your diet. I eat too much carbs. I bought a whey protein shake today see if I can subsitute.

Good luck slanker ... the last 10 is the hardest to do mentally , i have a friend that bought protein bars that he uses to substitute snacks with

yesterday I ate the exact same as i ate the first day so im not even going to post it.

Notes : -strength and energy are starting to drop from calorie depletion.
- more vascularity in shoulders and forearms
- face is looking bloated but its probably because i'm taking like 10grams of creatine (maybe its in my head)
