OK so I'm 5 '7 ,165lbs and approximately 11%body fat so i have faded abs but i have a photo shoot september 12th so that gives me 21days to lose 10lbs of fat and I want to keep you updated on it to show that if I can do it for my last 10lbs witch is the hardest , most of you can loose fat just as fast .... I will post what I eat each day.
the supliments i will be using are :
a multivitamin - good for over all health
green tea caps - various reasons (mostly to help take off the fat)
CLA - helps take off fat
HMB - helps protect muscle
createin - i have been on it for 10 days already and stopping in 14 days so the watter comes off and it is used to help protect the muscle
protein - helps with the repair of muscle
Resveratrol - /www.thinkresveratrol.com/
