Hi guys
I stopped pe for about 6 months now . After that I wanted to continue as I didn't reach my goal so I made a warm up routine for 2 weeks of light jelqing and stretching . Then now I made a routine that I would stick to for long time which is s2s stretch about 150 reps and wet+v jelqing for 10 min .
The problem that I feel pain in my right ligament when I do s2s stretch that I don't feel in the left side . I thought that I cut my right ligament before I stopped but I didn't feel pain then why now . Any one had an experience ?

Pain is not good. Can you describe the pain a little more? How intense is it.

Burning pain but I can continue doing the routine if I made a light stretch but it continue to hurt .
I am not pulling hard just moderate routine I am not in a hurry to use force while pulling .
The problem is I am afraid that I cut the right ligament by mistake before I stopped.

Burning pain is not a good sign. If you're able to induce an erection you can test yourself with a kegel. If when you kegel your penis doesn't rise in the same manner as it normally does or it veers off to one side- and if you experience pain while doing so, you could very well be injured.

You don't want to press down with any appreciable force on your penis while kegeling in your condition.

At the minimum, rest, a cold pack, and perhaps some antiinflammatories are in order. If you suspect that you have an injury that requires medical attention please get yourself checked by a medical professional.

Palpate the right side of the pelvic floor and pay attention to any lumps or areas of pain. Massage those areas.

As BigAl said, burning pain is indicative of inflammation. Inflammation is your body's response to an irritant and it's mechanism attempting to destroy it- in simple terms, it's attempting to kill whatever it is. Typically, some pathogen or injury is noticed by your body, and it's response is to rush blood to the area in an attempt to destroy the invader. Something isn't right and some injury has occurred that your keep reaggrevating.
