I too enjoy my strong coffee (sometimes with the occasional cigar)The effects aren't permanent and shouldn't have any adverse effects on your PE unless you're consuming quantities of strong coffee very frequently. Moderation is the key.
I read that under three cups is OK. that is an 8 oz cup. When you exceed 300mg of caffeine per day you start leaching vitamin "D". vitamin "D" is needed to keep testosterone, calcium magnesium stable. i can count on losing a 1/4 of inch if i drink to much coffee.
