I also just bought some passiflora after reading Kingpole's recommendation. Apparently it also attaches onto Benzo' receptors - with a calming effect, but with no negative side effects. I do feel relaxed on it. Taken with coffee it can raise blood pressure - I have found this to be the case. On it's own it is fine for bp IMO.

Do you mean passion flower. If so it also helps maintain T levels by blocking estrogen, Passion Flower is an aramatose inhibitor. Passion flower also relieves anxiety and lowers blood pressure.

Great posts!
I had to stop drinking E-Tea prior to my surgery and I could feel the difference. I have resumed my E-Tea habit and am once again enjoying the benefits.

Hi Kingpole, yes it is Passion Flower. I love it, it is helping me cope with stress.

I am going to cut down on some supplements, but Passion Flower is staying in.

You can use dried ginger(spice rack) more powdery and a higher concentration of gingetr in a smaller amount. Use 1/2 to a whole teaspoon.

Lol, i did 2 little tea-spoons and I almost puked(never tried ginger before) it's very hot but does taste quite alright in lower concentrations.

Just make sure you add enough water to thin it out, if you have a sensitive taste.... fuck so disgusting lmao xD

Btw, I am also taking a Passion Flower supplement which is a blend with L-tryphtophan and Melatonine.

That should put you to sleep quite nicely.

I thought this would get your attention.

Get out your coffee perculator your going to make Erection Tea.

Fill yp a four cup pot with water.
Filter in the place where you put coffee.
4-5 bags of black tea.
2-4 tablespoons of ginger, you can get this in a jar at the grocery store.
brew it like you would brew coffee.
Then add a good squeeze of lemon juice.
drink it black or sweaten it with honey.

This is good iced to.

Ginger has some of the same vasodilating properites as ginkgo biloba and green tea.
Black tea like green tea is a cortisol blocker and lowers your blood pressure.
Lemon is a natural artery declogger due to its vitamin "C" content and bioflavones.
Honey raises testosterone levels due to its high boron concentration.

Don't put any artificial sweeteners in your erection tea or I will poke you in the eye. Besides artificial sweeteners are bad for the liver.

Do you use coffee filters? Or is it best to just place the tea bags and ginger directly in the coffee filter basket? Is it good to empty the tea bags into the filter or filter basket?

Was researching the ingredients of the E-tea

If your very healthy, and have high T-levels honey might not be the thing to add(read the extra sugar/Insuline spike etc).

Boron is a trace element which has an important influence on both calcium and magnesium metabolism. Boron is concentrated in the bone, spleen, and thyroid indicating boron’s functions in bone metabolism and suggesting a potential role for boron in hormone metabolism. Boron is thought to be useful to increase muscle mass; increase muscle strength; maintain bone density; improve calcium absorption; decrease body fat.
According to the USDA, boron is a trace mineral that helps bones develop and grow normally. Boron becomes especially important when there is not enough vitamin D in the diet. Boron may also prevent arthritis in the elderly.
Research has shown that low boron diets have been associated with reduced testosterone levels and boron supplements have been shown to increase serum levels of testosterone in postmenopausal women. This finding caused an increase in boron supplements targeting athletes and bodybuilders for boosting testosterone levels, strength and muscle mass. However, specific research on athletes has not yet confirmed this association that boron alone will boost testosterone.
Dietary Sources: Dried fruits, nuts, dark green leafy vegetables, applesauce, grape juice, and cooked dried beans and peas. Meat and fish are poor dietary sources of boron. One mg of boron is found in 1.5 ounces of raisins or prunes; 2 ounces of almonds or peanuts; 4 ounces of red wine
Dosage: Daily needs for boron probably fall somewhere around 1 mg.
Side Effects: 1-10 mg per day is considered safe, but caution is warranted at higher intake levels as consumption of 50 mg or more may be linked to toxicity, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, skin rashes, lethargy, and diarrhea.

Research Overview
A review of animal and human research on boron yielded the following information which points to a much more comprehensive view of boron.
Deficiency in boron has been shown to contribute to:
1. Abnormal embryo development
2. Decreased sperm count
3. Ovarian deterioration
4. Damage in reproductive function
5. Decrease in electrical activity in the brain
6. Sub optimal mineral metabolism
7. Poor manual dexterity
8. Impaired hand-eye coordination
Boron supplementation was found to:
1. Increase steroid hormone levels (testosterone) and therefore may be of interest to athletes
2. Increase bone growth and strength
3. Augment estrogen function and therefore may help prevent atherosclerosis
4. Improve brain function and cognitive functioning
5. Reduce HDL cholesterol
6. Affect thyroid hormone levels
7. Alleviate harmful effects of vitamin D, magnesium, and potassium deficiency in postmenopausal bone loss
8. Play a role in the prevention of osteoporosis
9. Be of benefit in the treatment of arthritis
10. Prevents calcium loss in postmenopausal women
Some information about Boron:
1. Dried prunes are a good source of boron
2. The bones of humans using boron supplement are harder to cut
3. Research indicates that areas of the world with highest intake of dietary boron have the lowest incidence of arthritis
4. Boron increased life span in animal studies
5. Boron works synergistically with calcium and magnesium
6. Boron balances vitamin D3 deficiency
7. Boron contributes to growth cartilage maturation

But I suppose it can't hurt either :)

Hello, I would please kindly ask in which form the ginger should be bought. I ask because I only saw it in raw root form in some shops, and I bought it to prepare sushi. It looks like a "cloggy" potato, it has to be peeled (and, for shushi, sliced in slim slices).
I wonder if the ginger for erection tea should be bought like that and if so how it should be brewed (sliced)?

I have actually thee feeling (since nobody mention it's preparation) that maybe you can find it in another form? How is yours, maybe dried out, and in powder?

Thank you so much once again.

Nevermind, today I found the ginger in dried powder, and, being almost sure it was the right one, I made my first tea with it.

I don't have an american coffee machine and the italian one wouldn't definitely be good for that. :). I used the microwave then. My first recipe:

Nigiri indian black tea (I love it), two teaspoons
Ginger powder in random quantity but very likely less than the original recipe (just to start with)
Water (a ~ 12 oz cup)
3+ minutes in the microwave oven at 850W of power.

Then I filtered out the tea, and, to MY SURPRISE, IT WAS JUST DELICIOUS!

When I was halfway the cup I realized that I forgot the lemon. :p. Then I gave it a good squeeze. Result: it was still good, but not delicious anymore. I will try with a lighter dose of lemon (and I'll start to measure the ginger somehow, maybe adding a bit).

I still haven't got an erection yet (neither I want) but I have a slight TACHYCARDIA. Fun :). Does anybody of you experienced the same?

Ciao!!

The question is: is it normal to get tachycardia?
I've searched for that word in the thread and mine is the only occurrence. So maybe it's only me? Or do you all feel your heart pumping faster!?

Ciao :)

Hi Catoblepa,
Black Tea is considered a stimulant - boiling it for a longer duration can make the resultant mixture quite strong in taste / flavour. If that's what happened, try reducing the boiling time / amount of the tea powder. It's normal to feel upbeat and enthused after some tea, but if you are noticing tachycardia, its too strong for your body to handle.
Also, Ginger is considered acidic in nature by ayurveda - overdoing it can result in boils and sores on the skin.
Find the proportions that suite you. Otherwise, It can also be your body's reaction to something else, like the amount of sleep, distress in life etc.
Wishing you all the best.

You should go to the doctor to have that checked out. Now E-Tea should not cause a rappid heart beat. But infact if your blood pressure is dipping at a fast rate your heart rate may speed up to try to compensate.

Instead of black or green tea try red tea. Red tea has no caffeine.

Been drinking green tea for the past 3-4 days. Does seem to have an affect, but nothing major as far as I could tell. I had a bit of a better hang especially when I had to urinate, but also my sack was very saggy and hung lower. A few cups a day seems like it would be fine, anymore than that and you're getting too much caffiene I would think. Couldn't tell a difference at all when erect, maybe more stamina but thats about it. If your flaccid shrinks often like mine, then I think green tea would be great for you guys. Also, it gave me an appetite.
