How would you fit drinking erection tea in with taking the 5 G's? With the 5 G's It's recommended to have 5 days on & then 2 off? Also drinking this along with taking the 5 G's wouldn't you be taking well over the recommended amount of green tea & ginger, or does it not matter if you have loads of green tea & ginger? :)

I think I am giving this a try today. Is it best to brew it in a coffee pot?
I brewed it for the first time last night,, I went and picked up a cheap 12 cup coffeemate and filters.. pretty easy

So I went out and picked out all the supplies for this tea along with some gingko, ginseng and garlic pills.

Already had 2 cups of the tea and got 2 more in the pot. Hoping to see some positive results tonight or within a few days.

Well that didn't take long. Not sure if the tea had anything to do with it but there's my girlfriend sleeping behind me, the poor thing. I definitely didn't have a full erection like I used to but boy was it different than what I've had (or at times - not had at all) lately. Will post again after a while, but I'm definitely brewing more of the stuff tomorrow and every day onwards.

What was different? What I mean is, did you feel different internally?

You could say that. I got a few erections throughout the evening and most importantly I could stay hard troughout foreplay and sex. Lately it's been one or the other, or neither. Again, I can't say for sure it's the tea that did it but even if it's a placebo effect going on, I loved it. No reason not to drink more of it. :)

I had two hot cups of this tea earlier today, and plan on having some more. I boiled the water and added the green tea bags and grated organic ginger root (2 teaspoons). When I make a cup, I heat it in the microwave, then add the honey and lemon to taste. It's right on the perfect border of being too spicy hot from the ginger and not spicy at all. About an hour or so later, I could tell something was happening, possibly a placebo affect, and a little moreso after my second cup. I'm about to have my third of the day and plan on making this my go-to beverage. I may try adding all of the ingredients at once and sticking it in the fridge for the night to make an iced tea. I am also going to experiment with Yerba Mate and Horny Goat Weed tea bags along with adding gelatinized Maca powder to it and see what happens there. But for now, I'm going to stick with the original formula for the next two weeks or so. Then I'll step it up and add everything I mentioned into one powerful COCK-tail.

Is black tea better than green tea for sexual purposes?

I haven't heard about this tea. I hope it will work. But have you heard about herbal based pills. Just consuming one pill a day can help people to cure their erection problem.

What herbal based pill are you talking about? Green Tea capsules?

I tried the ginger root instead of the powder but it wound up floating in the tea kinda like pulp in orange juice. I didn't quite get the results I was hoping for. So I am going to try it with the powder next time and hope that it dissolves into the tea.

Just made this stuff tonight. Damn that stuff is awful. I don't have a traditional American-style coffee maker (I'm an espresso drinker), so I used a French Press I had and it seemed to work well. I placed 4 teabags on the bottom, added 2 TBSPs (30g) ginger powder right on top of it, then poured boiling water over it like when you brew coffee. Covered it with the press-thingy and brewed it for 10 minutes, pressed it down real hard so that the ginger would flow up INTO the pot. At first, I tried it hot in a tea cup, and it was so bad I couldn't even swallow it. So I added more honey and lemon and it was more tolerable, but still bad. Then I iced it...that worked, and I could drink it, but it still burned my mouth and hurt my tummy :-( No idea if it's gonna work or not, but I'll post the results tomorrow. BTW, I'm using decaf black tea.

Whoa, 2 TBSPs ginger? 1 tsp is plenty enough in one cup. Don't burn your stomach out.

This looks great, I will try! I doubt it will be as full on like the Chinese tea I drink, but we'll worth trying!
I go to a Chinese herbalist doctor, if anyone is suffering from ED, I'd suggest finding one in your area, mine is in Melbourne, Australia. She gives me some crazy stuff, I've never seen these herbs before, there from china, there is ginseng in the mix, I have had different types with different strengths! The dark red marone ginseng is the most powerful I've had, it has a sweet spicy smell. It takes anywhere between 30min to 2 hours to kick in! I'm nearly 40 and on this stuff I can have sex everyday, multiple times a day as long as I'm on it. Actually I can get a day or two after stopping the drink, before it wears down, but that's only after I've been drinking it for over 1+ week straight. If I don't have sex while on it, I go crazy, I end up like a 17 year old whose sex crazed. It's quite frustrating! Ironic isn't it!

All the best, be blessed.

Probably being paranoid, but some of the side effects of ginger look pretty bad: Ginger Root Side Effects
prove me wrong?
Also i just drank a cup of ginger tea and I have a pretty strong headache- know why that might be? It feels like there's a lot of blood in my skull- possibly a effect of the vasodilation?

Side Effects
  • The most common among ginger root side effects are heartburn, diarrhea and irritation of the mouth.
  • In some people, prolonged use of ginger root may lead to dry and scaly rash, which develop initially on the face.
  • Another ginger root side effect, associated with its long-term use is visual sensitivity to bright light.
  • Ginger root consumption is not recommended for people with gallstones, as this herb increases bile production.
  • Ginger should be avoided by those, who take blood-thinning medication. Even those who are preparing for surgery must avoid having ginger in any form.
  • Those who are taking medication for diabetes and high blood pressure must not take ginger.
  • Ginger should not be consumed by people with bleeding disorders, ulcers and inflammatory bowel diseases.
  • Pregnant women are asked to avoid ginger, as this herb may cause uterine contractions. Nursing mothers must also seek expert opinion, before taking ginger.
  • It has also been noticed that some people with allergies, develop side effects like skin rash.
  • In some rare cases, eye irritation and pink eye have also been associated with consumption of ginger.
  • There are also reports, which suggest that ginger might affect blood pressure and heart rhythms.

It is a vasodialator, it lowers blood sugar and blood pressure (reason why it doesn't work well with medications that does that), promotes circulation (again, avoid it with blood thinning medications), so if you are not used to it, you may feel different until your body adapts. :D

It increases your stomach's acid production, so if you are prone to have heart burn, ginger will excavate it for you. :D

For ulcers, it depends on the type one has, it may be useful for some as the increased acid production encourages the body to produce more mucus to cover the stomach walls for protection. :biggrin1:

It also eases stool passage as it makes your guts produce more of the mucus that aids bowel movements, so for those who have IBS-D, they should be careful, but it should benefit those with IBS-C. :becky:

I see nothing alarming about anything in that list, and pregnant ladies should consult their doctor before taking anything anyways, the effects listed above makes perfect sense with the mechanism of ginger's actions. :)

If you're looking for a high vit. C source go find a pine tree, take a handful of needles and brew those bad boys. Pine needles have more vit C than lemons.
