So, here I would like to offer a tweaking of kingpole's erection tea recipe.
It is actually combining aspects of what I have drunk for years, KP's erection tea, and KP's
5Gs for growth thread.
(I am sorry in advance if KP or others have already made this suggestion somewhere in this thred. Its hard to keep track of anything after 3-4 pages.)
Ingredients: fresh ginger, green tea (or jasmine tea), ginseng and ginkgo (in tea or
extract form - I like the linked extract form), honey
+ Peel ginger, and cut into thin slices or chop up in food processor (You can do more in quantity and freeze, but I recommend doing no more than a week's worth of supply. I notice the potency of already-chopped ginger to decrease after that).
+ Put ginger into the water, about 1/2 to 1 tsp per cup of water depending on potency of gigner and your tastebuds.
+ Do NOT boil the ginger, unless it is really good potent ginger. It seems that in the US South and Midwest, the quality of ginger is a little lower. So, I recommend that you you just let it slow simmer.
+ Once simmering, let it slow simmer for about 10 minutes.
+ After 10 minutes, throw in the green tea, simmer for a few seconds, then turn off stove and let the brew cool for about 3-5 minutes
+ Put honey (as you like) and the Ginkgo/Ginseng extract into the cup and pour the brew over it (Point is to avoid boiling hot water from destroying beneficial properties of honey)
If the taste, especially of the ginseng/ginkgo extract is not to your liking, try using them in the tea/crystal forms.
But I love the taste as it is.
Drink twice a day, but more if you please.
