I'm brand new to PE. The first time I ever did this was three days ago, and I've never tried any form of PE before, whether pills or exercises. No bleeding, and I'm not experiencing outright pain - but my dick definitely feels sore. It's constantly there in my pants reminding me that it's in a bit of discomfort (similar to how your arm would feel the next day after a moderate workout - except it's a shrunken feeling 'cause your dick obviously isn't as big as your arm. However, since I've never felt something like this on my dick before it creates much anguish. The weaker, spongy erections that accompany worsen the situation to the depths of hell).
How much I did, again I didn't go insane, but I did do a bit passed the JonPop beginner routine - but not insanely passed. Total jelqs and v-jelqs according to that routine was something like 150 to 90 respectively, I probably ended up doing something like 230+ jelqs and 130+ V jelqs. At no point however did it feel like I had "sabotaged" my shaft (i.e. no popping, no bleeding, no snapping or something from the body that just makes one think "what the fuck have I done?!")
Thanks buddy, I feel much better now that somebody else had a similar experience and turned out alright. Could you tell me more about how long you took off and what exactly you had done to strain it? Were you a hundred percent afterwards? Thanks again man, I already feel a million times better.

If you've only been at this for 3 days, you need to take a gigantic, industrial strength chill pill and listen to me very carefully ok?

DO NOT do this again. There is a clear reason why the newbie routine is designed the way it is for the time period it is. It's a conditioning period so your dick can get accustomed to PE, the stresses involved and the overall experience of suddenly being worked out. That would be like you going to the gym having never exercised a day in your life and expecting to bench 225, do 1000 stomach crunches and run 5 miles on the treadmill. That isn't going to happen unless you want to kill yourself in the process. Have I made my point clear?
Here's what you do. Give your dick a couple of days of rest, say, start your routine back up on Tuesday. Follow the newbie routine EXACTLY as it's written and don't do an ounce more than your supposed to do. Any of the PE vets on this board will tell you as I'm telling you now, PE is a process bro, a process that takes weeks, months and years of commitment, dedication, hard work and blood, sweat and tears. Your not going to be putting in a weeks' worth of PE and suddenly wake up to an 8" monster..........it just doesn't work that way. Just tell yourself that this is a LIFE LONG commitment. Like you, when I started this process back in 2004, I found it very easy to do way too much way too fast and as a result, my dick in it's own way told me "HEY! Knock it the fuck off!!" and as a result, I had poor eq for quite a few days in a row. I felt like if I'm not doing PE, I'm not gaining and I can't not gain so I have to PE and PE I did, sometimes doing a full 7 days a week which is dangerous. Your dick, like any other body part, needs to time to rest and recover from it's workout.
I was back to my old self I think a week later and I've been fine ever since. You've GOT to listen to your body dude. Your dick is talkin' to you and it's saying the same thing to you that mine said to me 5 years ago.
